Chapter 24 - Memory

I was transferred into Michael's room so he could help me try to remember something.. anything. My memories were blurred. Unfamiliar faces and unfamiliar places. How did this even happen? Only my thoughts could fill up my mind. I had so many questions it made my head ache. "How did we meet?" "We.. we meet when we were walking in a neighborhood." "Oh"

Michael's POV
That wasn't a lie that was partially the truth. Tomorrow would be the day we could finally go home. I only feel that someone has a death wish on us. Elizabeth hasn't been in contact with us either. She's probably resting in peace finally. I feel so frustrated and confused. Henry walked in. "The police are doing an Investigation on what happened" I could only nod my head in response. "Michael I know you are in no place to work but do you know anyone who can?" I gave him a puzzled look "What are you talking about?" He looked over and y/n who still couldn't understand a thing. "Y/n, me and Michael need a moment alone" "Of course" she got out from her bed and walked outside. "The animatronics have been.. been found behind the new pizzeria. He's not gone as you thought he would be."

"What? But how? How the hell did he survive 2 fires?" "I'm not sure but I need someone to work there and gather the animatronics in the pizzeria so we can burn them. Their souls are not free.. my poor charlie is not free" he looked down at the floor. I placed my hand on his shoulder "I'll do it" "You can't you just got out of a car crash with y/n.. it's too much for you" "Please Henry. He's my father. I need to undo his doings. All of the sinful things he's done." "Fine.. but you must recover first. I can't have you working with your injuries"

"I feel that there is someone who has a death wish" "There's no way William had survive those fires by himself.. so someone must be helping him" "Henry we need to investigate before this becomes worse. He could hurt y/n again. What if that person who was in the truck tried killing us?" my anger grew and I formed a fist "Michael calm down please we need to think about this back at home.. it's not safe here to talk" I nodded my head and tried calming down for a bit. "I need to go figure out a plan. Please be careful.. especially with y/n she's becoming very fragile.." he left and after a minute y/n walked in "Hey" she smiled "Hey" I couldn't help but smile back at her cheerful energy "Can you tell me more about us?" she sat next to me "Of course"

I explained to her from the very beginning excluding the bad parts. From the day we first met up until now. "Wow.. hearing you say all of that is making my heart flutter" she giggled and I kissed her cheek and hugged her

Y/N's POV
When he kissed my cheek and embraced me I remembered something. The place was odd. There was fire.. then there was him..

[Memory 1]

I was on top of him "We made it!" I shouted. I pulled away and saw him crying. ""I thought I lost you there" he pulled me again for a hug. I hugged him back "We ether die or live together. There's no in between my love" I caressed his cheek. "Do you still love me even though I am like this?" "Of course I do" I kissed him and he pushes me "No I'm dead I don't want you getting a disease or anything" "I couldn't care any less" I kissed him again. "You're so adorable my strawberry girl" I giggled

"Gah" I placed my hand on my head and felt the whole room spinning "Are you okay?! Do you need water?" Michael pulled away and placed his hand on my back. "I-i'm fine" I held onto Michael. The dizziness stopped. "I just remembered something sorry.." "What was it?" "There was a burning fire and we were crying" I looked up at Michael and he seemed disappointed. "Oh yeah um.." "Do you need to explain something to me?" "I think i'll explain to you tomorrow" I nodded my head and leaned my head against his shoulder. "So we got into a car crash coming from our honeymoon?" "Yeah" he whispered. I closed my eyes trying to remember. All I could remember was an ocean. "We're we at the beach?" I kept my eyes closed "Yes" he caressed my cheek. "I love you y/n" the nurse came in with breakfast eggs benedict and orange juice for Michael and an egg omelette for me.

[Memory 2 ]

"It seems that you've had trouble, so I will auto correct it for you.. Welcome Eggs Benedict" I bursted out laughing. Micheal gave me a glare as I laughed on the ground. "t-thats what you get for calling it stupid" I continued to laugh and he rolled his eyes "whatever type yours in" I got up and wiped the tears and tried typing mine it. "It seems that you are having trouble so I will auto correct it for you. Welcome Egg Omelet"  Micheal bursted out laughing "Hey it's better then Eggs Benedict hmph" "Ah you're so cute" he cups my face and squished my cheeks and kisses my lips.

The whole room began spinning even more. I closed my eyes and held onto the sheets "Ma'am are you okay" "Y-yeah" "Here drink some orange juice" Michael helped me drink the sweet citrus beverage and it refreshed me a bit. I felt a bit calm. "I will be back to check on you. We just need to do some blood draws." "More?" I frowned she nodded and headed out.
"Eggs Benedict?" "Oh you want some?" "No it's just that.. that's your nickname?" He chuckled a bit "We worked at a pizzeria and that stupid hand unit kept glitching so I'm Eggs Benedict and you're my Egg Omelete" he pinched my cheek. I grinned and we continued eating our breakfast.
