Chapter 36 - Afton Robotics

Y/N's POV

It's been about a few months and everything has gone surprisingly well. Our baby was doing great and we were soon about to find out their gender. I laid on the couch with my feet up, changing channels to find something interesting. It was currently 12:34 AM and Michael was working at his late shift job.

I began to wonder if he had a thing for late shift jobs. Maybe it's because he wants to spend time with me during the day. Yeah that's definitely it. I hear the sounds of keys clanking together as the door unlocks. The brunette haired boy comes stumbling in the house kicking off his shoes. I quickly get up from the couch, as fast as I could of course with a baby growing in your stomach and getting bigger by the minute it was difficult to.

"You're home!" I said cheerfully embracing him in a hug. "I'm home" he chuckled planting a kiss on my forehead. "Why aren't you asleep yet?" he pulled away and looked at me seeing my half lidded eyes. I was ready to fall asleep, I just couldn't without him there. "I just needed you here" I smiled slightly as he did the same. "Let's get some rest then" I agreed as we made our way back to our bedroom.

I laid on the bed meanwhile Michael changed from his work clothes to his pjs. "I wonder what happened to your dad's company" I played with my fingers while watching him crawl into bed. The bed slightly dipped as his weight was putting pressure. He pulled the covers over him and snuggled close to me. "Probably got bought off from some guy" he yawned and closed his eyes ready to drift into dreamland.

I hummed in response doing the same. This felt nice but it brought a weird feeling inside of me. I couldn't put my finger on what it was though. The sudden thought of Afton Robotics. Whats going on now.

Morning came by quickly as sun rays peeked through the curtains. I stretched a bit staying in the same position wondering what I should do today. My phone suddenly rang and I picked it up "Hello?" "Hello am I speaking to Y/n Afton?" "Yes" "Helll Y/n this is Roxanne, your new nurse, I was wondering if you could come in for another ultrasound" "Yes of course at what time?" "Does 1:30 work best for you?" "Yes it does thank you" "Thank you Mrs.Afton have a lovely day" she hung up.

Michael groaned and tossed himself over wrapping his arms and legs with the pillow. I covered my mouth trying to hold in my laughter. I slowly got off the bed and made my way to the closet. I pulled on a comfy outfit and grabbed my bag. I walked over to the peaceful sleeping boy and kissed his forehead. A small smile appeared on his face as he continued sleeping. I smiled back admiring him. I walked downstairs and grabbed the keys and left the house. I hopped in the car and inserted the key into the ignition and the engine started.

I made my way out of the parking lot and headed towards the hospital. After a couple of minutes, the tall hospital building came to view. I parked in the parking lot and made sure to lock the car as I made my way to the entrance and to the check in line. The lady called "Next!" I made my way to the front "Name?" "Y/n L/n" "Ah yes Y/n.. the doctor will see you right away" I nodded my head and smiled before finding a seat in the waiting room.

30 minutes passed by and a nurse called me in. "Y/n L/n?" she looked down at her clipboard I raise any hand a bit getting my belongings together and walking towards the nurse. "Come with me miss" the nurse takes me into a room with a different machines. "Please weigh yourself" I step on the scale as she writes down my weight in kg. She takes my blood pressure and does a simple check up before taking me into a room. "Doctor Freddy will be with you shortly" she smiles before leaving the room. I send a text to Michael letting him know I was at the Hospital.

Michael's POV
I cover the eyes as the sun stung them. I looked over to my side to see Y/n gone. I hummed and grabbed my phone seeing her texts "I'm at the hospital for a check up" I begin typing sending her a text back "Stay safe I love you"

I push the covers off of me and sit up stretching. After a couple of cracks from stretching I head over to the bathroom and begin brushing my teeth and fixing my bed hair decently. I walked over the cold tile then to the carpet heading over to the shared bedroom. I grab a simple shirt and jeans as I was just planning on staying home tonight. I pulled the jeans over my waist and button and zipped them. I opened a window allowing fresh air and oxygen spread in the room.

It's something i've always loved doing. I headed downstairs and looked through the fridge debating what to even eat. I closed the fridge as the door bell rung. I headed over and opened the door to see the mailman "Uh mail for... Michael Afton?" "That's me" he hands me the mail and leaves off to the next house. I wonder what this could be. I looked at the title reading Afton Robtoics LLC. "How the hell is that company alive" I ripped open the envelope seeing the message

Hello Mr.Afton

We have some questions to ask you, as I've heard your father has recently gone missing. We will be building a new pizzeria called Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex. It will be very helpful with your help. Please reach out to us at (xxx) xxx - xxx

They sold the company off to some guy named Andrew Adams? What kind of bullshit is this? How the hell did they get my information?

Y/n's POV

The nurse printed out some papers and looked through them. "Your baby is a.. girl.." she looked over to me. A couple of tears of joy ran down my cheeks. "Congratulations!" she printed out the baby photos from the ultrasound and handed them to me. "Thank you" I chuckled clearing my tears. She handed me the documents "Alright you should be good, your next appointment should be in 2 months." she smiled "Thank you" "Of course have a good day" she left the room and I did after her. It would be nice to do a gender reveal party or something.

I headed back to my car once everything was finished. Of course on my way I stopped by to buy some gender reveal ballon. I didn't just want to have to tell him on my own, I wanted to make it special for him. I made it back home and I grabbed my belongings making my way inside the house. "Michael!" I called out as he quickly rushed down the stairs "Welcome home honey-" he looked at the black ballon. "What's this?" "Here" I gave him a needle "Pop it" I smiled. He looked at me perplexed and stabbed the needle on the latex. It popped and the room filled with pink confetti "Surprise!" "It's.. It's a girl?!" tears formed in the corner of his eyes "Yess!" I jumped over to him and hugged him tightly as he did the same.

"Oh man.. i'm the happiest man alive right now" he pulled away drying his tears. I cupped his face with my hands and squished his cheeks a bit "I love you so much Michael. I just know you're going to be the best father" he smiled leaning his face against my hand "I love you more than you know my sweetheart" he gently pulled my face closer to his as he gave me kisses all over my face. If he had worn red lipstick my face would be covered of red marks of his face. I giggled as he went down my neck making it tickle. He pulled away and admired my features "My gorgeous wife" he kneeled down, and his face came in contact to my stomach. Where our child was growing. "And you my honey bear" he gently placed his hands on my side as he kissed my little bump.

"I can't wait to see you"

A/N: AHH we're a few chapters away from the ending! But don't worry cause I'm planning on making a sequel. For anyone reading "I wanna be yours" is currently on hold until I finish this fan fiction due to school work and loss of motivation.
