Eren stood over the box of books that just got shipped in. They needed to be stocked and eren was going to do it, because that's his job of course. Eren never thought that stacking books up on shelves would be hard, but when you best friend—that is always helpful to you and always knows what to say—can't help you, it's hard to stay focused.

Every time he took a book out of the box, Armins face popped up in his mind. The face a pure joy when something happy happened with his favorite characters, or when he just got a new book that came out only a day ago.

And when the books were out of his hand he remembers Armin sleeping peacefully on his bed with his arms and legs sprawled out, a book or two laying open on the floor beside his bed.

Erens heart burned thinking about him and he didn't even know the reason why.

He was sad. Sad because Armin wasn't telling him something he needs to know.

He looked up from the books and saw the two little boys from the orphanage.

What were there names...Adam and Eden. The were in the kids section sitting together in a bean bag. Adam sat there with a book in his hand, reading from it. His pink-orange hair framing his face as he looked at Eden from time to time.

Eden was laid down on Adams lap, probably on his way to sleep.

Eren smiled at the two boys, they reminded him of Armin and himself so much. It was like they were reincarnated as each other. Just like old times.

Armin and eren used to sneak into the library late at night, because eren said he couldn't sleep and needed Armin to read to him. And they would get caught sleeping in the morning when everyone woke up.

Eren checked the time when he got done adoring the two little boys.

"Oh shoot..." eren said to himself, realizing he had worked overtime. Since he's still here he might as well finish stocking the books.

As he continued he felt a tug on his pants.

"Uh, excuse me mister?" The boy said.

Eren had looked down to see the boy, Adam.

"Aren't you the guy that Ms Petra was talking about? Eren?"

Adam looked at Eden with curious bright blue eyes. Just like Armins eyes.

"Yeah that's me! The one and only. The best." Eren went on with a smirk, making the kid laugh. Eren laughed as well.

"Yeah. Well uhm, I heard that you talked to Eden. About something.." Adams cheeks flushed pink and his eyes went down. His hands were behind his back.

"Mhm? About what?" Eren asked.

"Well...about crushes and stuff like that." He said. "And Eden said he had a crush on me! I was really happy!" Adam smiled.

Eren looked at the boy and patted his head, smiling. "That's great Adam! I'm glad you two are happy."

"Yeah! That's why I came over to you. I wanted to say thank you."

Eren looked dumbfounded. Had he just help some little eight year olds with their love life? How cute is that?

"Aw no need to thank me. Kids like you guys should be happy. Don't let anyone tell you different."

Adam smiled and hugged erens leg. "Thank you so much mister! I won't!"

On the way home, eren thought about his conversation with the little boy Adam.

Crushes.

Thinking about it. Erens never had one.

His first crush was Armin, but that's because he thought he was a cute girl.

But then he figured out he was a boy. But that didn't change anything. Except the fact that eren didn't have a crush on Armin.

"Tch, that would be funny. Still having a crush on Armin." Eren laughed to himself as he got the key out to open the door to his and Armins home.

The door opened and eren was greeted by Armin watching tv.

"Oh hey eren! Your back late. Anyways I was watching a movie, and made some popcorn. Wanna join me?" Armin had a smile on his face, holding the popcorn bowl out to eren.

Eren smiled and took his shoes off. He set himself on the couch next to Armin and laughed.

"Yeah I'll join."

The movie started and they both ate popcorn all night.

"Ha. Having a crush on Armin would be funny." He thought to himself again.
