Wing Commander Karan Shergill Age 28 A sweet, caring, hot, sexy, funny, protective and a happy go lucky person. He likes to talk to people around him. He likes to travel as he is an Airforce Officer. He only loves two things in his life, first one is his duty and uniform and second one is his letters. He writes letters to a girl regularly and his friends knows about it. Sid and Faizi are his best friends and he trusts them immensely as they were together since birth. They knows about Karan's feelings for that letter wali but didn't say anything as Karan doesn't want to listen anything about it.

Monami Mahajan Age 26 She's very sweet, cute, bubbly and a fun-loving person. She's a people's person as she's a well known Journalist. She has two best friends Koel and Sanju. Koel and Sanju knows about the guy whom their bestfriend writes letters regularly. She trusts her friends immensely as they are friends by birth as their mothers are best friends. She loves two things in her life very much, first one is her profession and second one is her letters. She gets upset when someone tries to joke with her letter writing to a complete stranger, to him.
Karan and Monami writes letters to eachother from last six months and it was an accidental letter at first but it turned out to be a regular one now.
When they started to write letters, they decided that they won't ask about their identities to eachother. Karan calls her Pikachu and Monami calls him T-Rex as Karan has seen her cuteness through her letters and Monami has seen his anger through his letters because something had happened and Karan was way too much angry about it and so, he was explaining everything to her through that letter.
Faizi and Sid are also in the Airforce and Wing Commanders but they will come into the picture later or just for some time as there's not much for them.
Koel and Sanju are Police Officers and that's the main reason that they also aren't in this story on a regular basis. They will come later in the story for the time being.
