5. THE MARKET AMBUSH...!!!

After taking a little tour of the base, Monami was given a room in which she will be staying at till the next afternoon. She suddenly realised that she doesn't have some girl stuff with her as this whole situation was so fast that she couldn't able to pack anything.

She came out of her room and started to look around. She saw Rachit was going somewhere so, she called him...

Monami (A little loudly) - Rachit...!!!

Rachit turned towards her and smiled. He came near her and asked...

Rachit - Kya hua Di? Aapko kuch chahiye kya?

Monami - Haa, vo mujhe kuch cheeze chahiye thi but yaha vo milegi nahi, to kya hum market se la sakte hai?

Rachit (Seriously) - Di, aap jante ho na ke aapka bahar kadam bhi rakhna khatre se khali nahi hai?

Monami - Magar agar tumme se koi mere sath aaye tab bhi me surakshit nahi rahugi?... Please Rachit, mujhe kuch cheeze chahiye hogi, emergency hai...!!!

Rachit was going to say something but Karan said from behind them...

Karan (To Monami) - Thik hai, get ready. Vaise to abhi market close hua nahi hoga but honawala hai to hume jaldi nikalna hoga.

Monami (Nodding her head) - Thik hai to main ready hi hu, hum abhi nikalte hai. Mujhe kya lena hai vo bhi pehle se decided hai to zyada waqt bhi nahi lagega.

Karan nodded at her and trio left from there. They were in the jeep, that's when Rachit asked...

Rachit (To Monami) - Di, aap to Delhi se ho na?

Monami (A little confusingly) - Haa, par tum kyu puchh rahe ho?

Karan (Straightforwardly) - Kyuki ise vaha ki ladkiyon ke baare me janna hai.

Monami (Glaring at Rachit playfully) - Really...???!!!

Rachit (Coughing a little) - Nahi Di, aisa kuch nahi hai. Main to bas...

Monami (Smilingly) - Vaise to kafi achi hai but agar tum ek One Woman Man ho to meri maano, apne profession ki koi ladki dhundh lo to zyada behtar hoga kyuki sirf vahi ladkiyan tumhe suit karegi aur sabse important baat, tumhara kaam aur uski importance samajh payegi kyuki unka bhi vahi kaam hoga.

Rachit (Nodding his head in negative) - Nahi Di, main nahi manta ye baat. Aisa har jagah nahi hota.

Monami (Confusingly) - Matlab?

Karan - Matlab aap apne aap ko hi le lijiye, aap ek civilian hai lekin fir bhi hume aur humare kaam ko, uski importance ko samjhti hai. To aapki ye theory to galat hai, Monami.

Monami - Oookey... Chalo maan liya ke ye theory har kisi pe lagu nahi ki ja sakti hai but har koi utni achi tarah se nahi samajh sakta na ke jitna khud aapke profession ke log samajh pate hai.

Aur vaise bhi samajhna aur actual me jeene me fark hai. Log bol to dete hai ke sath jiyege par jab is profession ko lekar ke difficulties samne aati hai to har koi ye pressure jhel nahi pata aur ya to khud tutata hai ya vo rishta.

Karan (Nodding his head) - Baat to aapki bhi bilkul sahi hai but mujhe lagta hai ke jinka sath likha hua ho na, fir koi problem kyu na aa jay, unke mazboot rishtey ki neev ko hila tak nahi sakte.

Monami just nodded while looking at him smilingly but it was kind of an overboard thing for Rachit being the younger one as it was "Heavy Gyan" according to him.

Rachit (Irritatingly) - Bas karo yaar apna guru gyan...!!! Mujhe nahi sunni hai aisi baatein. Abhi meri utni koi umra nahi hui hai, aap dono ko dekho zara, abhi se nai to buddho wali baatein kar rahe hai aap dono...!!!

Suddenly, Karan stopped the car. Monami and Karan turned towards Rachit and annoyingly said together...

Karan/Monami (Together, Glaring at him) - Abe kya baka tune?/Kya bola tumne?

Rachit (Biting his tongue) - Sorry Bro... Sorry Di... (Smiling sheepishly) Zubaan fisal gayi...!!!

Monami (Glaring a little) - Tumhe pitna hai Karan ke haathon?

Rachit/Karan (Confusingly) - Aap Karan Bro/meri baat kyu kar rahi hai?

Monami (Dramatically) - Kyuki main ek responsible citizen hu. Main apne actions ke liye apne aap ko zimmedar manti hu aur main kisi on-duty Defence Official pe hath uthake jail to nahi ja sakti na...!!! (To Karan) Magar aap to use maar sakte ho na...!!!

Rachit dramatically coughed a little and Karan rolled his eyes listening this. He again started his jeep and they reached the market. When they got down, Karan pulled her by holding her forearm. He was going to say something but she said...

Monami - Haa, pata hai... pata hai. Aap dono se alag nahi hona hai mujhe kisi bhi kimat pe. Main samajhti hu. Ab please, Wing Commander mode se nikalkar Karan mode me vapas aa jayiye, Karan.

Karan just smiled a little while nodding at her and Rachit chuckled seeing this. He said...

Rachit (Side hugging her) - YOU'RE THE BEST, DI...!!!

Karan - Acha ab chalo, deri ho rahi hai. Market bandh hi honewala hai.

Monami and Rachit nodded and they started to shop for the necessary things for Monami. They were just done with this and at that time Monami saw a beautiful red dress in the display of a shop.

Karan was already alert as he saw some strange men looking in their direction now and then. He also alerted Rachit but Monami was unaware about this and was just looking at the dress only. She said...

Monami (Pointing at the shop) - Let's go na, Karan... Vaha chalkar vo dress dekhte hai, kitni pyaari hai.

Karan and Rachit weren't aware about this as Karan was busy calling his backup team and Rachit was keeping an eye on those men around them. After informing his team, Karan turned to find Monami gone from there. He asked...

Karan (To Rachit, hell worriedly) - Monami kaha hai, Rachit???

Rachit (Worriedly) - Abhi to yahi thi Bro, pata nahi kaha chali gayi...!!!

Karan (To himself) - Yeh ladki bhi na... Koi itna gair zimmedaar kaise ho sakta hai...???!!! (To Rachit) Aur mera dhyan nahi tha... par tu to dhyan rakh sakta tha na...???!!!.... FIND HER...!!!

They were just going to split up but at that time they heard Monami's screams...

Monami (Hell scared) - Karan...!!! Rachit...!!!

Rachit (Pointing at the shop) - Bro... There...!!!

They both ran towards that shop and got shocked to see her at the gunpoint on her knees. Rachit was going inside but Karan stopped him. He pointed at the men around Monami.

Their hands were tied as they'll be outnumbered if they entered inside at that time and if they don't, she'll be dead brutally. They both were hell worried and scared for her life.

Let's see what's Karan's and Rachit's plan to rescue her safely...
