Part 5

I pull into my drive way at the apartment building wondering if the bet will be on or if Kayden is mad I shared a bed with his best friend??? 

"Kayden!!! I'm home!!!" I yell as I walk into the apartment

"I'm in the bedroom!!" He yells back

I walk into the bedroom to see him surrounded by candles and rose petals he's just sitting on the bed watching videos on his phone.

"What is all this???" I ask confused because he never does anything romantic.

"It's valentines day and I thought we never do anything together because were always working but today I got the day off because some guy has to do his monthly health check so I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date?" Kayden asks as he looks at me.

I'm wearing ripped jeans and a baggy T-shirt and my boots that cost $19 from the local mall that I've had for about 3 years. 

Also why did he have to mention the health check like why couldn't he just said I wanted to hang out?? Ughhhh whatever.

"Of course I'll go on a date with you but can I get dressed first?" I say as I give him a hug.

"Yeh sure I'll meet you in the car" He says as he walks out the door.

As I get dressed into my tight red dress I think to myself about the reason I even started dating Kayden was because he was a nice guy that use to hangout with me and Leo and eventually we started getting closer. Then he'd buy me little gifts and be funny just being cute and flirty. But now were older we don't do stuff like that any more.

I grab my leather jacket on my way out. I'm still wearing my 3 year old boots. I get into Kayden's car a grey Ferrari. 

"Your look stunning" Kayden says while starting the car.

I'm guessing he's not going to bring up Halston or Leo. Should I??? Ahaha fuck it.

"So how did the other night go with Tempest and Halston???" I ask

"Yeh good we just had a few drinks then went home. How was Leo's house" He asks back

"Yeh I ended up there because I took my co-worker who tried to claim insurance by jumping off the car park out for dinner then was to tired to drive home. Sorry if you didn't want me to sleep next to him I thought nothing of it I mean I've known him since high school." I answer

"No it's fine I understand you have a lot of history together but like you know he's liked you when yous were in like grade 10?" Kayden says trying to hide the fact he's mad

His facts are wrong he's liked me since grade 8 but we only dated at the start of year 10 we didn't tell anyone that and we have been fucking since the end of being 16yrs old. I started going on dates with Kayden in October when we were 17 we weren't fully official till 18.  

"Yeh I know" I say back

"Why haven't yous dated then???" Kayden asks. 

"Um.... I guess we never talked about it" I answer. The thing is when me and Leo dated it was the age to be young and adventurous we could do more things because we didn't have to work and shit but now havening a social life is hard.

"That's what Leo said as well. He said that he was to shy to and then I came a long." Kayden says in a cocky tone.

WTAFFFFFF bahahhah he thinks he's the reason me and Leo didn't date.

We arrive at a nice looking restaurant. When we walk inside I follow Kayden to a seat with 2 older looking people. 

"Hello dear you must be Ray" The old lady says.

My guess is its his parents...
