Seven: Everything

"Everything?"

"That's what he said!"

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"I don't know!" You said. "When I asked he just said everything!"

"Huh." Bucky said. "Whatever he wants you to do, be careful he's a god."

"I think I can handle a god." You said.

"No you can't." Bucky stated.

"Jeez, thanks for the vote of confidence." You said. Bucky rolled his eyes.

"Just, don't make any stupid desicions. You're already in crutches."

"I know." You said.

"But do you?" Bucky said. "You took on the leader of Hydra and almost died!"

"Uhh, I killed him, and he had back up!" You said. Bucky smiled. He kissed your forehead.

"Don't do anything stupid doll." He reminded you before walking off.

[[later]]

You were out on a deck talking to Bucky when it happened. Blackness, again, covered you and you saw Loki standing in front of you, hands folded to his chest.

"Have you made your decision?" He asked calmly. You nodded, trying to be as calm as he was but couldn't. "What is it?" Loki asked.

"Yes." You said. "I'll help you." Loki smiled.

"That's what I'd like to hear." You were back on the deck with Bucky.

"y/n, are you okay?" Bucky asked. You nodded. "What happened?"

"Loki wanted to know what my decision was." You told him.

"And what was that?"

"Yes." You said. "I told him yes." Bucky sighed. "What?"

"Be careful and don't do anything stupid." Bucky said.

"You're okay with this?"

"No, I'm not, but you've already made the decision!" Bucky said, not looking at you. He put his head in his hands. "All I want is for you to be okay, okay? I don't want Loki doing something to hurt you, or making you do something that will hurt you." You put your hand on his shoulder but he flintched away, still not looking at you.

"Bucky..." You said.

"No, doll." He said harshly. "You're not going to be okay. You're going to get hurt some way or another, AGAIN!"  You hugged him.

"Even if I'm going to die," You whispered in his ear. "I'm here now. I'm fine now. And that's what's important." Bucky held you tighter as he cried into your shoulder. "It's going to be okay, Bucky."

"No, it's not." He cried. "You're going to get hurt! I know it!"

"Well, at least I won't die!" You said, holding him at hands reach. "I'll heal up, and in time, we'll have fun! And, look what was happening to me at the warehouse! I was dying! Now look at me!" Bucky smiled and whispered something to himself. You let go of his shoulders and he wiped his eyes. "It's good that Fury didn't take a sample of my blood from the warehouse. Then he would have known it was us." Bucky laughed.

"He was pretty surprised!"

"And angry." You laughed. "He was angry that he didn't get there in time!" You're phone dinged.

"Who's it from?" Bucky asked.

"Tony."

y/n, come down to lab, we need you. It's

really important!

"I have to go to the lab!" You said.

"Why?" Bucky asked.

"I don't know. He just said it's important." You shrugged. Bucky nodded.

"Go." He said. You walked back into the compound and down to the lab.

"What do you want?" You asked Tony. He opened his mouth then noticed something.

"y/n, why aren't you using your crutches?" He asked. You looked down. You didn't have your crutches.

"I must have forgotten them!"

"It's too late now!" Bruce said. "There have been appearances of Thor's brother across New York, and they've been getting closer to the compound each time. The next appearance will be inside the compound."

"It will happen twice." Tony continued. "Loki will go in someone's mind twice and ask for help. He will say everything. If the person agrees then Loki will appear inside the compound for real. "

"We don't know if it's already happened." Bruce added.

"Why are you telling me this?" You asked. "You should tell Thor!"

"Thor knows." Tony said. "He's the one who first informed us about it." You looked at Bruce and Tony.

"The other Avengers need to know about this!" You said. "Not just me!"

"They know too." Bruce said. "You're the last to know. Tony just told Bucky." Tony turned off his phone and looked at you.

"He's already done it." Tony said. "Barnes told me everything." You backed up. "y/n." Tony said firmly. "Why did you say yes to Loki."

"I-I-" You began. "I didn't know!"

"You should never say yes to him!" Tony yelled. "Now we'll have to lock you up." You saw Bruce putting something in an injector.

"No!" You yelled and ran at Bruce. Tony pulled you back but you managed to knock some chemicals into the injector. Bruce dropped it.

"What did you do?!" Bruce said. "This is a chemical combination that's never been done before!" You grabbed the injector and ran out of the lab.

"y/n!" Tony yelled after you. "Get back here!" You didn't stop. You heard Tony and Bruce running after you. You didn't know where you were running but soon you were going yourself on the roof. You turned to see Bruce and Tony run up onto the roof. "Give me the injector!" Tony insisted with his arm extended. You didn't. "Y/N!" He yelled. You injected yourself with the chemical solution in the injector. Blackness invelopped you. The last thing you heard was Tony yelling your name. "Y/N! NO!"

~Random P.O.V.~

"Y/N! NO!" Tony yelled as y/n fell to the ground. He ran to her fallen body and shook her. "WAKE UP!" The injector rolled out of her unconscious fingers, empty. "WAKE UP Y/N!" Tony yelled, shaking her again and again. "Y/N!"

"Tony." Bruce. "It won't work. She's- she's-"

"Don't say it!" Tony cried. "She can't! We just got her back! She can't! She can't go! She can't be-" He started shaking.

"Tony, I'm so sorry." Bruce said. "y/n's dead."

"There has to be some way to save her!" Tony sobbed. "There has to be!"

"There may be a way." Bruce said.

"What is it?!" Tony yelled.

"You won't like it Tony." Bruce said.

"Just tell me!"

"Loki."
