chapter 2

tris POV:

"Chris dont tell anyone, please," I just spoke to Christina after she found out about me and four.
"Can I at least tell will?" she looks at me like I told her to stop breathing.
"no, dont tell anyone," Im not going to repeat myself again so I change the subject "what will you wear tonight?"
"tris dont change the subject," she smirks at me
"what else is there to say?"
"I dont know. wait, have you-?"
"NO, JEEZ CHRISTINA" I stop her before she can go any further. i feel my cheeks get hot and i cool them with my hands.
"okay, okay no need to shout," she rests her hand on my sholder and looks at me as if to say well done. I lift an eyebrow at her and she giggles.
"Im going to wear this," she holds out a strapless top and black jeans (both black). "nothing to special, what about you?"
"what im wearing now." i say and she fishes out the dress she got me. without speaking she hands it to me and walks to the bathroom. I put the dress back in my draw and try to find Tobias.

Hes standing with Zeke talking about somthing I only hear a few words.
"Just dont say anything, please" Tobias is leaning on the wall of the hallway "you cant even tell Shauna and especially not uriah."
"Okay, I promise," Zeke fiddles with the hem of his shirt before leaving. Tobias sees me and walks over to me.
"Hey," Tobias rests his hand on my cheek rubbing circles with his thumb.
"Hey," I dont feel panicked but i know im blushing and i know its visible when he smiles looking at my nose and my cheeks. "What was that about?" I say nodding in the direction of where Zeke went.
"Pretty much just telling him not to tell anyone about us,"
I dont say anything, I just rest my head on his shoulder, pulling him into a hug. He raps his arms around me and I feel safe.
"Tris, I think i love you but im waiting till im sure before i tell you," he pulls away from the embrace and he looks embarrassed.
"How sensible of you how about i get you a peice of paper and a pen so you can make a graph," i say making fun of him.
"I think im allready sure and i dont want to scare you," he looks me dead in the eyes and i get lost in his dark blue eyes.
"Then you shouldnt be so stupid," I say and i dont think this is going to be in my fear-landscape anymore. "Im not scared."
"I love you tris" he says and i cant say it back. Why cant i say it back. I dont say anything and nor does he so i kiss him.
