"I can't wait to see Kendra and Luca!" Gia yells from her room. Luca, Kendra, and Gia met on our first Christmas in college. They hit it off the same night. I couldn't be happier. My two favourite people were getting along.
Today was Luca and Kendra's wedding. I'm so happy. My brother's in love. I'm in love. Love all day.
My mid-thigh red satin dress hugs my body and shows off my curves in the right places. It gives a good view of my neck and shoulders with fluffy satin sleeves that reach my wrists. The bride and groom insisted on red, so I gave my brother this one chance to be the boss of me.
I do the finishing touches on my makeup. I got some red highlights done, so I'm showing them off by curling my hair and letting it flow down my shoulders. I match with a gold clutch. I put on slippers to leave because my feet are precious. I grab my gold heels. I think they are my favourite part of the outfit. It has a gold wrap around my ankle and is six inches off the floor.
I finally leave my room and look for Gia. She's already decked off in a beautiful silk A-line V neck dress that reached her ankles. She insisted on red 7-inch heels. Her hair was styled in a sleek, low ponytail. She demanded elegance and confidence with every step. She stood in front of the mirror, applying what I assumed was the last touches of her makeup. She spots me and whistles, "Wow!" she looks me up and down. "Beautiful."
