Divergent- No War

Chapter 2

Tris P.O.V.

I wake up sweating and my nails are bleeding. I dreamt that Peter had kidnapped me and was about to throw me over the chasm. I can't stay in this dorm. I get out of bed and put my shoes on . I walk down the dark hallways til I reach Tobias' apartment. I knock lightly on the door. I wait for a couple seconded then her opens the door.

"C'mere" he embraces me and I sob into his shirt for a couple minutes then he takes me to his bed. He grabbed a pillow and a blanket and starts to put it on the ground.

"You can sleep with me" I blurt out.

"Are you sure?" He says, he is so sweet. I nod. He comes and lies down next to me. Then I drift into a peaceful, dreamless sleep.

Time lapse

I wake and when I don't feel Tobias next to me I start to panic then I hear the shower and immediately calm down. He walks in, his hair glistening with water from the shower. God he's attractive.

"Hey" I say

"Good morning" he says "so you gonna tell me what job your gonna pick?" He asks

" I already said it's a surprise" I answer

"Fineeeee" he groans

"I better go get ready"

" see you soon" he says and bends down for a kiss, we kiss for a couple seconds before I pull away. I walk out the door and to the dorms. Once I'm there I pick out my simple skinny black ripped jeans, a dark red t-shirt , my leather jacket and combat boots. I head to the dinning hall and find Chris sitting at our table with Will.

"Where were you, we were worried" she says

"Sorry I was at Fours" I say

" doing what" she says while wiggling her eyebrows

"Nothing I swear I just um had a nightmare" I say embarrassed

"Okkk" she says sceptically. The Max taps on his microphone and says

" today we welcome our new members of Dauntless" the dauntless cheer "they will get to choose there jobs and there apartments, we will go in order of ranking therefor Tris your up."

I walk up to the stage and lock eyes with Tobias he nods he head. I walk over to the job selection paper and right down Initiate instructor and Tattoo artist. Max calls out what I choose and everyone cheers. I go over to the stand where I pick my apartment and tell the lady there that I'm going to share and apartment with Four.

Time lapse

I'm walking out of the dinning hall hand in hand with Tobias.

"So do you want to go get your stuff from the dorm and move it into my place" he says

"Ok" I say

We walk to the dorm and pack up my stuff. Then we head to Tobias' place. On our way we are stopped by Zeke.

"Candle or Dauntless part at my house at 6, wear layers" he says

"We'll be there" says Tobias
