Part 9

Lexa's POV

We have finally arrived at the edge of the Ice Clan camp. It's not very big. All I know is that it's freezing and snow is not fun. I have only seen it one other time, and it was when the counsel of the Ice Clan held a meeting for all commanders to come to. It ended up in a blood bath, so I never came back again.

"Heda..." someone says from behind me.(Commander)

I peel my eyes away from the small groups of people and see Indra pointing towards a person tied to a post. I can't see the face, but it looks like a girl who has blonde hair. It has to be... This girl has a build exactly like Clarke. Clarke has blonde hair, just like this girl. She has a good size breasts, just like Clarke. (Ik this is supposed to be scary with tension and stuff but I couldn't help myself...:D) This has to be her.

"What shall we do, Commander?" Octavia asks with some anger in her voice. She must really care about Clarke.

"We need to wait for a time we can go in, get her, and then leave without being noticed. We cannot start a war and lose any of you. We have already lost close to half of our population due to the battle at Mt. Weather." I say to them all carefully. I don't want them to think I am weak. I don't want Clarke seeing me kill these people just for her. She will never forgive me.

They all nod their heads.

We wait until the sun starts to fall down from the sky. It's a beautiful scene.

No one has visited Clarke except a young boy who threw a small piece of meat at her while walking by. He tried acting like nothing happened, but he sat down on a log across from her and starred at her, waiting for her to eat the meat.

Clarke refused to eat it. She is starving herself.

"Commander, may I ask how soon we are going to approach her?" Lincoln asks beside me.

Just then, Alice walks in front of Clarke with a sword. It is gold. Gold means death. Alice brings the sword up and starts to yell. I see Clarke's eyes... They are shut. She knows what's about to come.

I get up and run as fast as I possibly can. This can not be happening.

Alice is done screaming, and plunges the sword into Clarke's chest. I scream out Clarke's name multiple times. I see her last breath and eyes roll back in her head. I stop moving and fall onto my knees. I refuse to believe what just happened. This is all a dream.

"Commander, get up!" Indra yells at me from behind. I don't get up. Instead, I stay there, motionless.

Alice sees me and smiles while walking towards me. My people are starring at me. I can feel their eyes burning a hole in the back of my head. They must be thinking that I'm weak, or that I'm stupid for running out alone.

"Well, hello Lexa." Alice says with an evil laugh. I don't pay any attention to her. My eyes are stuck on Clarke's lifeless body just laying sideways on the ground. I finally turn my attention to Alice and stand up grabbing my sword from my side.

"What, are you going to kill me? Go ahead try it. I have 15 men in the trees surrounding us with poisoned arrows ready to hit you, and your people. I knew you were on your way. I figured that Octavia girl would tell you. I should have been smarter and knocked her out the whole way, but I didn't and I don't really care because I got what I wanted. You broke my heart, and now you got what was coming for you. I don't want a war with your people. Take Clarke back to your camp and there will be no trouble."

I did this to Clarke. Because of my actions, this happened.

"I don't want a war, either." is all I say while passing Alice walking towards the motionless body that used to be the person I loved and never could stop thinking about the day I met her.

I crouch down and pick her up. The sword falls to the ground. A few tears escape my eyes as I carry her towards the woods, back to my home, back to what used to be her's.

hey guys. It was actually pretty hard to write this. I almost cried just actually thinking about this happening on the show. My life would be over. There was probably a lot of mistakes because I type this up fast bc I promised you all that I would update today. 😘 things have to get bad for them to get better.
