Chapter 3 Rae

I finally got back to my cabin mates for the obstacle course 

“Cabin 13 won, like they always do” Treva says

“Hey guys, are you ready?!” I yell

“Yes we are!” All of them yell

Then I heard the megaphone turn on and my mom started yelling

“Hello everyone and welcome to the rematch of Cabin 13 and Cabin 9, here we have the counselors, Tera Rachel from Cabin 13” 

Tera walked out to the starting line as I got prepared to run out 

“Next we have Rae Stella the counselor of Cabin 9” My mom says as I run out

“Next we have the campers from Cabin 13, Milena Acosta, Elijah Weir, Katelyn Wattson, Choi Harper and Emmy Finley” My mom said as all of cabin 13 came running out to the starting line

“Lastly we have the campers of Cabin 9, Treva Ranova, Lillian Lilac, Roxanne Malya, Diantho Chase and a temporary replacement for Oliver Myles, we have Scemma Bora” My mom says as my cabin runs out and stands behind me

“3, 2, 1, GO!” My mom yells as I run out

I started climbing as fast as I can up the rope but Tera rang the bell first

I rung the bell and slid down the rope getting rope burn on my hands and legs in the process

“Ow” I mumbled in pain as I saw Tera jump into the pool

I ran to the pool and dove in

I looked down at all of the stick and saw the stick with my name on it and swam back up

I got out and ran towards the finish line with the hail probably giving me a few bruises and I crossed the line at the same moment Tera did

Milena and Treva ran to the ropes and luckily Treva rung the bell first

It took a few more seconds for Milena to reach it so Treva had more time to get the stick

Treva dove into the water and swam as fast as she possibly could but Milena was faster considering she was a mermaid that made sense

Milena climbed out and ran towards Tera at the finish line

Treva climbed out as Milena crossed the finish line as Elijah ran towards the ropes

Treva sprinted through the hail and Lillian ran towards the ropes

Elijah climbed up fast but Lillian was faster 

They both reached the top at the same time and slid down

Elijah dove in first while Lillian dove in a second later

Lillian somehow came out of the water first and ran through though the hail

Elijah finally came out of the water and coughed out water as they ran through the hail

When Elijah got to the finish line, Milena used her powers to get all of the water out of his lungs

Roxanne had started running out about 20 seconds ago and I remembered what I was going to do

I was going to propose to her if we won, I felt around my pocket to make sure it was still there and luckily it was still there

By the time I stopped zoning out Roxanne and Katelyn had already dove into the water

Katelyn climbed out effortlessly while Roxanne was struggling, all I wanted to do was help her get out of the water but I couldn’t due to the rules

When Roxanne got out of the pool Katelyn had already crossed the finish line
