The world may seemed all fine, but just like Sana, it still is struggling over the simplest and smallest things. The lawyer saw the ticket that the vocalist gave her not as a gift, but an inconvenience.
Unlike how she acted earlier, she'll actually feel guilty if the tickets will go to waste and the seats will remain empty on that venue. And probably her girlfriend will bug her about attending the concert either way. She knew she needed to go there and because she doesn't wanna go alone, here she is, bothering her bestfriend.
"Sana I'm busy, okay?" Sana's bestfriend said as she rejected the woman's offer.
It's not like they're gonna watch the concert for a whole day, it was just an evening event, but still, her best friend refuses to go with her.
"Look, I don't wanna go either but my girlfriend is gonna be there. Can't you at least do this for your best friend's love life?" Sana tries to persuade her once more, but the woman remained strong on her argument.
She puts her hands on her both sides, facing Sana. "I have an early shoot tomorrow, and my son needs me Sana. If you think killing 3 hours of my time is not something to make a big deal out of, you're wrong. So find someone else, or go alone, okay? Stop bothering me."
The woman turned her back on the lawyer, but as a persistent person, she knew she'll win. She didn't pass the bar just to lose a small argument like this.
"No, you just feel guilty of having fun." The words sticks like a wet booger to her bestfriend. There it goes— Sana thought.
"You don't give enough time to your son that's why you think going out just one night is neglecting him already. But let me tell you Myoui Mina, your son likes to spend time with his PS5 more than you. And if you think Sunghoon is shallow enough to not understand why you work, then guess what, he's seven years old and he's more capable of understanding than you give him credit for." Sana said all that in one breath, while Mina stares at her in both bitter amazement and annoyance.
She realized too late that arguing with Sana is not a good idea.
"I've hit something didn't I?" Sana teased with a sly smirk, she knew she already won. "I'll pick you up at 6pm Mina." She just said before getting out of her bestfriend's house then drove away in her gray Audi R8.
Mina was left agape, "That bitch, I didn't even know what band is in that concert."
