"JAMES FLEMONT POTTER YOU GET BACK HERE"

"oh he's in trouble" said Remus laughing while mona chases James around the common room.

"IT WAS AN ACCIDENT MONA I SWEAR IT" yelled James while running trying to avoid getting hit.

"OH you accidently turned my hair green?" "yes?" said James more like a question than an answer,

mona paused with a smile "oh ok then" she said calmly with a smile scaring James even more.

James looked at the other marauders who were watching them both, very engaged in the sight "peter where did you get popcorn?" James asked peter who just shrugged.

With James being distracted mona sneaked up behind him and whispered a spell pointed at his hair

Just then Fabian and Gideon came down and noticed what mona was doing "should we stop her?" said Gideon while not taking his eyes off the two "nah" Fabian said while walking to the great hall for breakfast "mona you are going to be the death of us" Gideon said talking to himself more than her, he rolled his eyes while following his twin

James ran a hand threw his hair, a habit he does a lot, only to pull a lock of hair out, he paused then patted his head that now had a big bold spot.

"You. Did. Not" James said while slowly turning to face Mona who just summoned a polaroid camera "smile" she said while taking a photo of James who was just in shock.

Mona passed the camera to Remus while she tried to get James to blink

"I think you broke him mona" "shut it Sirius, maybe hes just, sleeping?" "while standing up with his eyes open?"

"I dont know how he sleeps" she said defensively

Mona moved her hand in front of James face and snapped her fingers making James click back into reality.

"you're dead" said James making mona run out the common room to the great hall

"HOW AM I SUPOST TO IMPRESS MY LILY-FLOWER WHILE LOOKING LIKE THIS" he yelled while chasing her around the great hall making all eyes go to the two of them

"he could turn into a prince and he still would never impress me" murmured lily unimpressed while eating  her piece of toast making Marlene snort out her pumpkin juice next to her.

"HEY YOU DID IT TO ME FIRST!" yelled back mona pointing at her green hair, while trying to avoid James

Dumbledore and Minnie were at the top of the great hall just watching this all go down "I think they would be good together, dont you?" said Dumbledore

but Minnie just smiled and averted her eyes to the grey eyed boy walking into the great hall "I think the greatest kinds of love, are the ones you never expect".

"GET BACK HERE MONA!" yelled James making mona look behind her and laugh not noticing the boy she was about to run into, until it was to late.

"oh you have got to stop doing that" regulus groaned in pain also making mona look at him slightly surprised "that might have been the nicest thing you have ever said to me" she said sarcastically as the boy just rolled his eyes, picked up his wand and throw a spell sending mona flying off him.

Landing with a thud about 4 feet away mona groaned and rubbed her arm in pain "yup there it is"

Mona was used to being prey to the Slytherins and regulus was no exception, mona and regulus were top of all their classes, always fighting for the top, just making him despise her even more.

She doesnt completely blame him though, Sirius talks little about his home life, in fact mona was one of the only people who knows anything about it. But she still thinks regulus is a dick, she just knows he has it hard but then again so does a lot of people, Herself being one of them.

It took mona a second to notice James storming up to regulus and push him against a wall "you do not touch her" he said in fury, regulus just looked over at mona and smirk

"trust me I wouldnt touch her if the world was ending" he said before breaking out of the hold James had him in and calmly walking over to the slytherin table and started eating and talking with his best friend Even.

Fabian and Gideon rushed over to their little sister on the ground and helped her up, molly graduated last year and is getting married this year to her fiancé Arthur, and is pregnant with her second child, she had her first boy last year, she was really happy to start a family and mona was happy for her but couldnt help but want her big sister back.

The rest of the marauders walked in the great hall confused on what they missed but just decided to sit and eat, mona and James joined them as they all laughed and joked around and started making fun of James new hair.
