3. Airport

After I got into the car again, I started to trace my steps back. I used to do this whenever I made a mistake. I revealing my identity was not a mistake but I agree to go with the idea of taking up an impulsive decision. I woke up today morning and took the decision of introducing my partner to my past, in case anything happens to me. I want the people who protected me in the past, who I wanted to protect with my life; I want them to take care of my partner and all the things I earned till now.

I already prepared a will. Yes, it is surprising for a person to prepare a will at the age of twenty-seven itself, but I'm not taking any more chances with life and fate again. I just wanted to see myself for once, how my past and my partner will feel when they meet for the first time.

Okay, I can't drown myself in mistakes I made and pity anymore. No one knew the Identity of Mridula yet. The room was booked in my name Amara. People already knew about my fashion company through the award show. People saw me with Mridula in my room but they don't know her background yet. I need to send her away before that.

I noticed we are driving on the beach road. It was beautiful to admire the sea in the calmness of the night, unfortunately, I don't have that luxury now. Time is running against me. I asked the driver to go towards the airport first. I turned towards Mridula as she was already analyzing me, trying to untangle what I'm thinking or what I'm planning to do next. I asked her "where is my Partner?" It took 2 mins for her to compose herself.

"We all came to Chennai when we got to know that you planned to reveal your identity, they both took your partner away to our safe house while I came to find you." She informed. That means they were looking out for me like always, my three close friends. I can trust them with my life and they will always look out for me anytime. I got relaxed a little knowing my partner is nowhere near me when all the people started to notice me and start investigating.

I have a head start of a few minutes, how I'm going to use this head start is for me to plan now. First, I'm planning to send Mridula away from me. People don't need to know the power behind her and start to take precautionary actions against her too. We reached Airport now. I asked her to get out and spoke with the driver to deliver this car to the Chennai Headquarters and take leave until I request him again. He needs to be within Chennai surroundings though. He was happy to receive this unexpected holiday. Tomorrow is his son's birthday I gave him the gift of the tickets to the nearest theme park for his whole family. I hope at least he is happy tomorrow.

I found Mridula standing near the entrance with all our Luggage. I asked her to take a picture of us together and save it for further instructions. Then we both went to the ticket counter. I got a ticket for myself to Dubai, while she got one for herself to Bangalore. Both of our bags got checked in to Bangalore. I asked her to go to the safe house with our luggage and gave her a warm hug for keeping me out of trouble again. I'm going to miss her but we will be alright. That's like my mantra whenever I'm going away from anyone, I love I keep saying this to myself "we will be alright".

I asked her to post on all her social media tagging me that we had a great meeting in the car about her dress for her birthday which is coming next month. She Is very eager to see this dream dress made by me personally and very eagerly waiting for our next meeting, which will probably be her trial for the dress and this was not for free, she asked me to customize a dress for her for real, it doesn't matter if I didn't Stitch it personally but the idea of creation must be mine. Great now I should really sit down and do some work.

I came out of the airport removing my embroidery drape from my saree and wearing a burka. I came out of the airport and hired a taxi and asked him to go to the nearest metro. I hate to disturb my employees' rest time but I think I don't have much time or options to follow my Moral Ethics. Every second I delay here he is trying to trap me and find me. I called my secretary, whenever there is an Award ceremony, I'll let her take the day off to celebrate. I want my secretary to feel proud of my achievements and realize that she also played a major role in making me worthy of the award.

when I went to London, 5 years back I was sharing my room with Nisha She came to London on scholarship in her final year to complete her undergraduate in Fashion Designing. It was her final semester when we met to share the apartment. I was just planning to expand my business to London and I didn't have my office yet at that time, first, when I started to do business in our apartment, she started helping me part-time with market research. Then after she completed her studies, she became the first employee for my London branch.

She was my first employee I offered sponsorship for the visa, she started to work in the office just like her own office, she was with me in all the ups and downs and I want her to be recognized too. She is now a very famous fashion designer and my best friend too but still, she also takes the role of being my secretary. She didn't pick up my phone on my first call, but she called me back soon. I heard her panting on the other side. I think I'm in trouble, I also didn't want to disturb her good time, "This better be a good reason, your Financial Advisor is making sure I don't sleep a wink till sunrise". Did I forget to mention my CFO is her husband?

"don't worry I'm not going to spoil his plans; I just need you to send me my schedule and try to cancel or postponed all the meetings of this weekend" She sent me my schedule before even I completed the sentence, and took time to process what I was saying "what problem did you get into yourself now?" She questioned me.

Great I didn't inform her too that I was planning to reveal my identity, "Let's just say at last the PR Department is being busy in our company, I thought of attending my Award ceremony Mask free and some people are tracking me. I don't want to meet them now." I think she was speechless for a minute.

"AMARA Don't get caught anywhere; your partner is not yet ready to take care of the company without you. So please you're your brain and stay safe for a few hours I'll use our contacts and get you back to London safely" She promised.

I'm blessed to have my friends, they always take care of me more than I take care of myself. I smiled at her protectiveness, "Don't worry darling for now I'm planning to get out of Chennai I'll let you know the progress as soon as I find a way, now go and have a sleepless night with my CFO."I hung up on her. Let's hope I get out of Chennai soon without anyone finding me.
