The following 8 months flew by. I found myself on Glory's doorstep once a month, needing to be with the little man. I did not understand it myself, but Kell seemed to understand and chase me off to see Glory the 23rd of every month.

It was the week before I had the child that I found myself needing both Kell and Glory. Glory was use to this, apparently, and he took me to the room where he use to sleep with his former wife and one of her other husbands. "Let's just sleep together? OK?" Glory asked, not at all bothered by the fact I had never slept like this. "I won't do anything with you, I can't. I just can't."

I wondered at his reluctance, but he kept to his word, he slept next to me but did not touch me in anyway. Kell was the same. Kell said he just felt weird with the thought of making love to me with another man present.

The dragon in this time was becoming bothersome. Constantly on my belly, telling the baby to come out. I guess it would have been September in the real world when my baby finally decided to make an appearance.

Tannin Rahab Torbrok was born 9th September 2222. The dragon named him. Glory and I were amazed at the perfect looking little boy. Jezebel was no help saying things like, "Of course he is perfect, he is my partner after all."

"Shush Jezebel! He is just a baby, let him be that!" I would scold her.

"He maybe a baby, but he is my partner! We have a work to do in the human world!" She would rebutt me. I would worry then as to what this work might entail, she would never say even when asked.

Glory and I drew closer with the birth of Tannin, so much so that I no longer treated him differently to Kell. I had come to love both of them equally.

Tannin was 2 months old when Glory asked if I would not mind spending the week with him. He did not say why, but I could see that it was important to him. I had never seen my husband so on edge before so I figured I would be there for him, no matter the cost.

Kell and Garvan also could see that Glory was on edge and Garvan must have known the cause of his unease as he said to me ,"Just be with Glory this week yeah? I will or Kell will bring the baby to you when he is hungry or you could just express and give the milk to us so we aren't disturbing you both too much."

"Why are you doing this?" I asked him, "We aren't married."

"One day I hope we will be, but till then I want to help you best I can, and this time it is one of your husband's needing help. I am not so selfish that I would interfere with that."

"I see," I said, I did not understand, but I did know Garvan was trying to integrate his way into all our lives, even though Kell and I were resistant to his efforts. Glory not so much, I guess because he understood Garvan's wishes."

I headed to Glory and my room when as I reached for the door handle to enter I over heard an argument coming from with in. I froze listening.

"Glory, why don't you want to come with me? It would be good for you and me. Getting away together. I know it is always hard for you this time of year, I miss them all too you know."

"But Caspian, I am ok this year. It is different," Glory objected.

"How is it different? They're all gone, I just wanted to be with you this time, we are the last ones left," the a saddened slightly broken voice said.

"It's different this year," Glory said firmly, "It's different, because I got married again."

"What?" said the voice sounding very shocked, "When?"

"About 10 months ago now," Glory said sounding a bit hurt as he continued, "I invited you to meet her, and her other husband, but you did not show. Everyone else did, but you did not. You did not even follow up why I was holding a family banquet to start with. You just left a message saying that your kingdom needed you for some drama! I have not heard from you since. So tell me again why I should even consider being with you at this time."
