People around them were witnessing all this, and whispering to each other.

'So Mr. Park wanted to make Mr. Sim resign, that's why he kept blaming him..'

'Mr. Sim leaked them? Did he?'

'But isn't he the manager of marketing department?'

Various muffled voices could be heard in the background, but Sunghoon just had his eyes on Jake as the older stood there, heartbroken, deeply hurt.

"J-Jake-" The younger tried to reach to him until he stepped back.

"STOP IT." Jaeyun said calmly as he left the cabin, leaving Sunghoon alone with people whispering around.

He closed the door of his home as he dropped down to his knees. He thought he was strong, he indeed was, but this hurt as hell. Now he had to admit that Mr. Park isn't the same Sunghoon. He decided that he won't engage in this childish battle anymore. He is Sim Jake and he can get even better jobs. Yes. He decided that he will resign from Mr. Park's company.

He wiped his tears, stood up, changed his clothes, wrote a formal email to the company, stating that he wants a half day leave because he's sick. He was going to sleep until his doorbell rang.

"Heeseung? What are you doing here?"

Heeseung stood there at the door, with some boxes in his hand, but his heart ached when he saw Jake's swollen eyes and puffy face. All he wanted that moment, was to make Jaeyun happy.

Now let's talk about Heeseung, he never found happiness, until he met Jake. He didn't think that the boy who practically yelled at him in the very first meet would become this precious to him. He enver liked Sunghoon due to some reasons, but Jaeyun inspired him keep going for whatever he was doing. Jaeyun's smile was like a serotonin boost for him, it made his mood lift up. Whenever the younger male looked at his eyes innocently, he felt something weird in his stomach, he knew it was love, but he was trying hard not to fall for him.

But who could resist falling for Sim Jaeyun? Let's be honest, Jaeyun had everything a person could ask for in their partner or friend. Now, Jake was someone precious for Heeseung whom he would never want to lose. Heeseung knew a lot about Jake, but Jake knew nothing about Heeseung.

The taller male smiled as he saw a tired Jake opening the door, he unknowingly hugged him, he couldn't see the guy he has feelings for in this state.

"Hee-" Jake muttered in shock, not breaking the hug.

"How are you feeling, Jakey?"

Jakey. The word reminded Jake a lot of things. A lot of things he didn't want to remember. But yes, he had to shrug it off he had to forget it.
He pulled out of the hug as he invited the older inside.

"I'm fine, hyung. Please come in."

"I brought some tteokbokki for you. You'll like it." Heeseung said as he entered the house.

Both the men sat on the couch. Heeseung noticed that Jake was deep in his thoughts. He was thinking something.

"What are you thinking, Jake?"

"Hyung.... I'm going to resign." Heeseung widened his eyes as he heard the younger saying this.

"Then... what will you do?"

"I'm going to search for jobs. Until then, I can just work in a cafe or something." Jake said as he mumbled having a bite of tteokbokki, smiling, trying to not make Heeseung worry about him.

"Jake, help me please-"

"No, Sunghoon."

"Please please please-"

"NO."

"She isn't leaving me alone, please be my fake boyfriend-"

"Ask Jungwon to do it, I'm not going to be your boyfriend." Jake said as he tried to hide the redness on his cheeks.

"I'm not doing it hyung. I literally screamed out loud in front of the whole school that I won't date anyone." Jungwon said as he sipped on his banana milk.

"That isn't your fault, the dumbass you used to date was a playboy, please help him-" Jake said as Sunghoon cutted him off.

"Okay, nevermind, I'll just ask Soobin to be my fake boyfriend." He was ready to go to the next class when Jake held his wrist, sighed and said;

"Okay, I'll be your boyfriend- I mean....fake one, obviously."

"Mom, Did you leak the marketing strategies of the company? Be honest with me." Sunghoon took a deep cold breath as he and his mom were sitting on the awkwardly silent dinner table.

"WHAT? NO I DIDN'T!! HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?!! YOU KNOW OUR COMPETITOR CAN USE THEM AGAINST US! THEY CAN LITERALLY TAKE ALL OUR INVESTORS THEIR SIDE!!" She shouted as her eyes widened.

"I don't know how did this happen, mom." Sunghoon had his eyes on the floor as he sighed.

"Wait- Wasn't that Jaeyun guy the head of marketing department?! PARK SUNGHOON I TOLD YOU TO MAKE HIM RESIGN, DIDN'T I?!"

"Mom I kept eyes on him for a long time, and I know he didn't do it. I know him! He isn't unloyal! Stop blaming him for everything-" Sunghoon said as her mom called someone on the phone.

"Hello? Yes, bring that man here RIGHT NOW."

And Sunghoon, he knew what was going to happen. It's just going to be worse from now on.

Here, Jake was checking his emails as he recieved one. It said he was accepted by the 'Lee Corporation' at the same position that he had in this company. He found it a but weird because that was nearly impossible to directly be recruited to this job. But still, his face lit up with a smile, and he was happy that he could actually resign without facing any issues or without facing his grumpy CEO.

He was going to change his clothes to sleep when the bell of his house rang. He opened the door and he saw some really buff strong men standing there, coldly, making him freeze on his place.

"Sim Jaeyun?"

"Y-Yes?"
