"Sunghoon, stop right there." Mrs. Park said as she saw Sunghoon walking to the door, with his suitcase packed.
"STOP RIGHT THERE I SAID!" She shouted as Sunghoon ignored whatever she was saying.
She went to the guy as she turned him towards her and slapped him hard. But the young man just smiled bitterly.
"Thankyou for taking care of me after my parents' death, their will has my name, and all of their property was mine since I turned 20. I could leave you but considering that you adopted me when I had no one, I stopped myself, but now, I know my priorities." Sunghoon said.
"You fool! How did you know that it had your name in it? I tried so hard to hide that from you! You won't be able to do anything anyways, you're parents weren't that rich anyways, it's ME who gave you all the luxuries-"
"and bruises? Stress? Work? Pain? You think I don't know how you just want me to handle the company on behalf of you so you can get the money? It's MY company! I'm not an employee for you! You never treated me like a son!" Sunghoon said directly glaring at his mother, with tears in his eyes.
"Atleast you had a place to live you dumb bitch! Where will you go now? Even your boyfriend won't let you in~" The old woman laughed as if she was a maniac.
"The fact that you don't even know how I payed that old Lee to make your company leak its strategies, and he gave that work to his nephew, whom you trust so much is betraying you right now. Park Sunghoon, that rubbish company of you is going to fall, and no one will help you."
"Heeseung would never betray me! Stop lying!!" Sunghoon said as his eyes widened.
"Well, ask your coward boyfriend, he knows about it. And about your shitty company, I don't care if I lose it, I have many people under me." Mrs. Park said as he picked up her glass of wine and went to her room, humming while Sunghoon was left shocked.
"I'm....going to Australia. My uncle called me." Jake said as he sighed.
"NO! I WON'T LET YOU GO JAKEY!" Sunghoon hugged him, acting childish, he didn't want to let him go.
Jake smiled faintly as he knew that eventually he had to hurt his only love, he had to go.
"Hoonie, you know I love you right?"
"Yes. I know Jake, you'll be back right? I have no one except you and Wonie. Wonie is already going to Daegu, I'll be alone here." Sunghoon said as he realised that the following years are going to be hard.
The crying boy hugged his boyfriend for the last time as he asked, "I'll be back, but you will never forget me, right?"
"Never."
The taller guy replied. But seems like the fate had something else for them.
"Jungwon! Atleast talk to me please I really want to talk to you!" Jay said as he ran to catch up with Jungwon's fast pace.
"No need. We aren't going anywhere with this, I don't date anyone."
"Can't you try? I'm willing to date you, I like you Wonie!"
Jungwon stopped walking as he took a deep breath as flashbacks came into his mind. Every moment went through his head- how the playboy confessed, how he loved the person he last dated, how he fell hard for him, how it turned toxic and eventually how he got to know that being with him was just a dare.
"Jay, please don't like me, I don't want to hurt you, please just move on. I won't be able to date you, or anyone." He said as he crossed the road but Jay, oh he wasn't going to give up that easily, he ran behind Jungwon, but unfortunately the signal turned green and-- CRASH.
"JAY!!!" Jungwon turned around as he saw Jay lying on the ground, with his body covered in blood.
"SOMEONE CALL THE AMBULANCE PLEASE." Jungwon, with shaking hands, gently laid Jay's head on his lap, his eyes tearing up, crying badly, in regret, guilt and something that he couldn't explain.
Jay was losing a lot of blood, and Jungwon was getting more and nore worried as time passed by inside the hospital room. Finally doctor came out.
"Are you patient's friend?"
"Yes." Jungwon said as he stood up from the hair. He was sweating but he didn't care, all he wanted was for Jay to get well.
"The patient is out of danger now, you have been here since long, without eating anything, you should eat, he'll gain consciousness soon." The doctor said as he patted Jungwon's shoulder as the younger sighed in relief.
He called Jake and told him everything, and called Heeseung, he was Jay's best friend after all.
As Jake reached the hospital, he saw his friend crying as Heeseung was comforting him.
'Fuck it, jungwon is more important.' Jake thought as he ran over to the two boys.
"Jake-" Heeseung said as he saw the younger male but was ignored.
"Wonie, he'll be fine, tell me in detail what happened." Jake asked his best friend.
Jungwon told them the whole story as the two boys listened.
"But Jay isn't a playboy. He never fell for anyone until he met you, Jungwon. I was literally tired of him talking about you everytime. He can be trusted. Just because of that one jerk, will you give up everything?" Heeseung explained Jungwon as he heard Jake scoff afterwards.
Jungwon was confused, he obviously didn't know why Jake did that, he was never this rude to Heeseung.
"It would be better if you do not talk about trust, Mr. Lee. The future CEO of the Lee Corporation." Jake said as he took a triangle kimbap out.
"What h-" Jungwon got cutted off by the kimbap that Jaeyun shove inside his mouth.
"Shut up and eat." He said to the younger male.
"I'll just check out on Jay. You guys talk, bYE-" Jungwon said and ran as if his life problems were chasing him, he sensed the tension between the boys maybe.
Jake mentally cursed Jungwon as he sighed and stood up, to go anywhere but farther than Heeseung. He stopped walking as he heard Heeseung say something.
"You promised me that you'll have ramyeon together with me, do you remember Jaeyun?"
So yeah I'll finish this story shorter than expected, but it'll take some more chapters because I have left so many problems open, so solutions are needed.
