AN: It's Alabasta bitches!

Not a lot to say here besides that Robin and Vivi are both Luffy's age (20) in this, and Ohara was about 9 years later than in canon, when this Robin was 8.

Also going with manga Robin's colour scheme, because I'm more used to that.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy!

"...so it basically just points to the next island we need to go to?" Nami asked, pointing at the nifty little wooden device Luffy had introduced her to. The log pose was really the greatest thing for any navigator.

"Basically yeah. But it needs time to lock onto the next island after each one we go to." He explained.

"Huh. That's useful." Nami muttered.

"Right?"

"So where are we going next?" She asked.

"A place called Whiskey Peak. And then we go to somewhere called Little Garden. And then an island known as Drum Kingdom. Then we go to the Kingdom of Alabasta. That's our plan anyway." Luffy informed.

"That's fine." She paused. "Sounds like you've been there before."

Luffy shrugged. "I guess you could say that."

Nami didn't push any further, seeing he didn't want to share any more. Privacy was generally something she respected.

Luffy changed the subject quickly however.

"What do you reckon we should do with those two?" He gestured below deck, where the muffled shouts of Mr 9 cane from. Miss Wednesday had been strangely quiet however.

Nami shrugged, smirking. "You're captain, so it's your job. Deal with them."

He groaned, rolling his eyes. "You're no help. But fiiiiiine. I'll get them some food or something."

It had been about 24 hours since they left Reverse Mountain and joined the Grand Line, so they were bound to be hungry. And the constant lashings of the sea that rocked the ship from the awful weather conditions probably didn't help much either.

Luffy strolled into the kitchen, took a couple granola bars, said hi to Sanji, and made his way below deck.

He headed towards the loud noises they were making with boredom, just trying to fight the temptation to eat the food he got for them.

He eventually got to the door and swung it open, to see that ugly guy with the crown - Mr 9 - desperately trying to break free of his ropes, squirming on his bed. Through all of his struggling, he didn't even notice Luffy's entry.

Miss Wednesday was his polar opposite however.

She was stoic, and distanced, not bothering to escape. She was still, but when she saw Luffy, she instinctively curled up a little, trying not to show the fear on her face.

Luffy loosened both of their bonds a little, enough to wiggle their hands a bit, but not enough to release themselves. He chucked the granola bars at them and made his way to leave, but he was stopped by none other than Miss Wednesday.

"Stop."

Luffy turned around with one eyebrow slightly raised, shocked at the audacity of the woman who was effectively his prisoner.

"Excuse me?" He didn't really appreciate getting told what to do, especially by someone he doesn't actually know (in this timeline anyway).

She shrunk back a bit, but still kept the stern face.
