Ae's POV:

We finally returned home after completing the formalities. Apart from the normal warning that Pete might get headache, there wasn't anything else to worry about. Doctor assured that Pete will recover soon and with passage of time, he will be able to live a normal life.

After reaching home, I made Pete take rest while I went to talk to por who had accompanied us back home. He was worried for the innocent lad and was not ready to leave.

"Por, I think Weir had been hiding many more things than we know. I think we should start the investigation soon and plan for the best way to destroy him." I said. "Calm down Ae... I have already got my people to work on this matter. Soon, we will be having the required details. And about you sneaking into that dungeon, I have some plans which we can discuss later. I will have to leave now because something urgent has come up." Por stated.

"Alright por... And please take care of yourself." I said while I watched my father prepare to leave. I accompanied him till the door and then he was soon heading towards his car. I knew he would have stayed if it wasn't something urgent.

After the weekend, I needed to go to college for some urgent matter. I was reluctant to leave since I was worried for my kitten. James assured me that he will be looking after Pete while I was gone and would call me immediately if there was a problem. After a lot of instructions to the guards and James, I finally left the house. Of course, I greeted my kitten before walking out because he might start sulking.

He was still asleep when I walked into his room, pouting cutely in his sleep. I gently stroked his cheeks and he opened his eyes. He tried to adjust to the light and then finally smiled after looking at me. I kissed his forehead and then informed him that I was leaving. He was upset after hearing it but I assured him that I will be back soon and bring him chocolates. Only then did my kitten show me his cute smiley face.

The day in college felt like boring. I dragged myself around the campus trying to find something to pass my time with. The lecture wasn't at all interesting but I still sat because there was no way that I could escape.

After the lecture was over, I was headed to canteen with two idiots besides me. "Ae, what's the matter. You look lost." Can said. "Nothing Can... I was just thinking about something else." I replied. "Something else or someone else?" Pond asked while raising his eyebrows teasingly.

"Damn Pond!! I am just tired. Let me have food." I said pushing him aside and walking towards the counter. I didn't want them to know about Pete. If you are asking me why I am doing this, then let me tell you. I FUCKING DON'T TRUST MY FRIENDS!! I know I am being over possessive but I don't want to let these two meet my kitten.

I placed my order and waited for my food. Just then, the two buzzing bees stood on either side of me and began to chew my head out. "Ae, you know you can tell us if there is something going on. Coach was also a bit annoyed when you didn't come for practice." Pond said.

Dream on it boy!! I have already settled everything with coach. "I have already spoken to coach so you might don't have to worry." I said a bit sarcastically. Just then the food arrived and I grabbed my plate and left the two allowing them to think whatever they wanted to think.

I occupied the empty seat on the farthest table since I didn't want any disturbance. I began scooping the food and filling my mouth since I was in hurry to finish it up. I knew that the two won't stop bothering me and I didn't want to give any clue.

Just then my cell phone started to ring and I fished it out to see James ID. My heart skipped a beat and I immediately answered the call. "Hello James, is everything fine?" I asked. "Hello khrab Ae..." Pete greeted me from other end.
