Chapter 4

I was taking a break inside the Hunter's dream after I fought who I now learned is a Cleric beast. I sighed as I was just talking with the Doll as I was seating next to her.

Haru: So.... What is your purpose?

Of course I had to start the conversation like that.

Doll: I am a doll, here to serve and help the hunter's who comes to the hunter's dream.

Haru: Oh? So how many hunter was here before me?

The doll was silent for a bit as she looks at here fingers. She then showed them to me as she held ten fingers.

Doll: Higher than the amount of fingers I have.

I chuckle for a bit. She looks at me and tilts her head cutely.

Doll: Why are you laughing?

Haru: Oh nothing. Your just too cute to be a normal barbie doll.

I then notice the doll looks up and then after awhile she looks at me.

Doll: Good hunter. You called me cute when you first saw me. What does cute mean?

I blushes as I scratch the back of my head. I tried to explain to her how cute is something that is attractive. Then another question appears.

Doll: what is attractive?

Honestly I never had this much fun answering a question. I responded that its either appealing to the eye. Pleasingly or sexually.

Doll: I see... so which one am I?

Haru: H-Huh?

Doll: Am I pleasing to look at? Or sexually to look at?

I was a blushing mess as I stood up from my seat and dust myself off.

Haru: W-Well your attractive to look at. A-Anyways I have to go. See ya!

I said as I ran back to where I left off in the central Yharnam. I was happy to see no one around as I inhale and scream, I might have also startled a few beast. I finally calm myself down as I pull my saw spear and my hunter's pistol, I also activate my Hunter's perspective.

Haru: Here we go again.

I walk back since there isn't much around the area the cleric beast is in. I kept on walking while killing a lot of town's folk and beast that are in my path.

Timeskip

I climb up a ladder and I was about to keep going but then I heard a little girl. I look around and realize that she is behind the window. I approach it and I lightly tap it as it startles the girl from the otherside.

Little girl: W-Who is there?!

Haru: Relax. I am not a beast.

Little girl: W-What are you doing here? Are you a hunter?

Haru: Well yes I am.

Little girl: My dad is a hunter too. But he never came back. Mom went out to look for him but she never returned.

Haru: Oh.... I am so sorry to hear that. I will go look for them if that is what you like.

Little girl: Really?! Thank you so much. My mom has a red jeweled broach. You won't miss it and here take this. Mom forgot to bring it with her. Its a music box.

I then saw the window open a bit as a music box appears out of it. I grab it and the little girl closes the window. I open the music box as I hear a melody then on the music box I read two names. 'Gascoigne and Viola'.
