Morning Surprise

Chapter 5: A Morning Surprise

Renjun woke up alone. Jeno and Jaemin were not beside him when he awoke. He got out of bed, walked over to his closet, and grabbed his robe, slipping it on. As he made his way down the hall and into the kitchen, he was greeted by Jeno.

"Ah, good morning, angel," Jeno said, leaning against the counter, eating banana yogurt. "Jaemin went to drop the boys off at school."

Renjun walked over and wrapped his arms around Jeno. "Good morning, kiss?" he softly asked before Jeno gave him a small peck on the lips.

"Did you brush your teeth, Renjunnie?" Jeno asked.

"No, not yet. Wanted a hug," Renjun admitted.

Jeno nodded, surprised. This was new. Renjun never wanted hugs in the morning; he always waited until he was done with his hygiene routine. "Jun, you okay? You seem more clingy than usual," Jeno asked.

Before Renjun could answer, Jaemin walked through the door. "I'm back, and it sure is cold out there," he huffed. "What's going on?" Jaemin asked, looking at the two.

"I don't know. Renjun's a bit more clingy today," Jeno replied.

"Oh," Jaemin said. "I thought that too, but I brushed it off."

Renjun hummed. "I'm fine. Can't I give my boyfriends hugs in the morning?" he asked.

Jaemin smiled, walking over to pull Renjun into a hug. This was the first time Renjun used the term "boyfriends" with them. "Aww, Renjunnie, you're the cutest."

Jeno made his way over to the two, joining the hug.

"I'm what!?" Renjun exclaimed, his voice a mixture of shock and confusion.

"You're pregnant, Mr. Huang," the doctor explained.

"Doc, are you sure those tests are correct?" Renjun asked, exchanging looks with Jeno and Jaemin.

"I'm one hundred percent sure. Would you like to do a blood test instead?" the doctor asked, looking at his clipboard.

Renjun shook his head. "No, thanks," he sighed. Pregnant again. This was the last thing he expected. What was he going to do?

"I'll give you guys some time to talk. Don't worry, there are other options, Mr. Huang," the doctor announced before leaving the room.

"Other options?" Jeno questioned.

"No, Doc, we're keeping the baby," Jaemin said firmly.

Jeno raised an eyebrow. "Don't be selfish," Jaemin groaned. "This is Renjun's body. He decides."

"I'm so glad you decided to keep the baby!" Jaemin said joyously, holding onto Renjun's hand as they walked down the sidewalk.

"Yeah, that's wonderful. Our Renjunnie is the best," Jeno smiled, his eyes crinkling.

Renjun couldn't help but smile at the two. They really made him happy, and he was glad to have them back in his life.

"Just wait until we tell the twins! They'll be so excited," Jaemin said, the most excited of all. It was clear he had a soft spot for children.

And Jeno, though not as outwardly enthusiastic, was just as thrilled that Renjun decided to keep the little one. The three got in the car and decided to drive home.

Renjun plopped down on the couch with a sigh. "I can't believe I'm pregnant again."

Jaemin chuckled, sitting down beside a sulking Renjun. "I can. We have sex every night, Renjun-ah."

"We do?!" He questioned. "Impossible."

Jeno sat down beside his boyfriends. "It's true."

Renjun thought for a moment. "You're right. We have been having sex a lot recently," he realized. "You guys are right. I guess we're gonna have another baby."

Jeno grabbed Renjun's hand. "Yeah, and we'll be here every step of the way."

Renjun smiled at the two. "Okay, I'm kinda excited."

"We are too," they both said in sync.

"Dada!" Juyeo yelled, running into the house.

"How was school today?" Renjun asked. He was sitting on the couch, cuddling with Jaemin. Jikyu and Juyeo climbed onto the couch beside them.

"It was so fun," they said in sync.

"What did you boys do?" Jeno asked, sitting down and joining the cuddle pile.

Jikyu jumped up and down before explaining their school day. "It was the best," Juyeo said with a bright smile.

"Well, we have something for you guys too," Renjun said, looking at both Jeno and Jaemin, still hesitant to tell them. What if Jikyu and Juyeo weren't ready for a sibling?

"Dada is having another baby," he finally spoke out.

"Yay!" they both yelled, again in sync.

Renjun smiled. "Glad you guys are excited."

Juyeo hugged Renjun tightly. "Of course, Dada. We can't wait."
