One Long Time Skip Later

Beep beep beep.

Jaemin sighed as he turned to the baby monitor. "Jun, baby," he started, "Jieun is crying again."

Renjun groaned as he got up. This was the third time tonight. He didn't understand why she was crying so much.

He walked down the hallway to her nursery and found her indeed crying. He picked her up, holding her in his arms and gently bouncing her.

"What's up with you lately, hm?" he murmured, deciding to take her back to their bedroom.

Once back in bed, he lay down on Jaemin's chest, allowing Jeno to wrap his leg around him again. He laid Jieun on his chest and covered them both with a blanket.

That's how they slept that night, and Jieun didn't cry anymore.

"Renjunnie," Jeno sang, "wake up. Jaemin made us breakfast."

Seeing that Renjun didn't budge, Jeno walked over to the window and opened the curtains. That did the trick; Renjun groaned and asked why Jeno had done that. He sat up, putting on his slippers and robe.

"Come on, Junnie! Everyone's downstairs!"

Downstairs, Jikyu and Juyeo sat at the kiddie table while Jieun picked at her eggs in her high chair.

"Morning, Jun. Also, boys, don't forget your lunches. I don't want to have to go to the school to bring lunch." Jaemin placed two brown paper bags on the counter.

Ring ring ring.

Jeno pulled his phone from his pocket, checked the contact, and answered it. "Okay—boys, Uncle Yuta is outside to pick you up." They cheered, grabbed their lunches, and ran out the door.

Renjun took his plate and sat at the table. "Thanks, guys. I love it when you make me breakfast in the morning."

They both smiled, joining him with their own plates.

"What else are we here for, Junnie?" Jaemin asked. "It's our job to take care of you and the kids."

Renjun hummed. "And this is some good breakfast, Jaem. I love your cooking."

Renjun sighed as he plopped down on his bed, Jeno and Jaemin following him. "Jun," Jaemin called out, "thanks for letting us back into your life."

Renjun nodded. "Of course. The twins need their fathers. I couldn't keep you guys away forever."

Jaemin hummed. "We love you, Renjun."

"Yeah, we love you," Jeno added.

Renjun smiled the rest of the day. His boyfriends were so charming and made him so happy. He was glad he didn't push them away.

"Renjunnie," Jaemin said, coming into the bedroom, "you're dazed." He sat on the bed next to him. Renjun jumped as he finally came to his senses.

"Sorry, Minnie. Is the bath water ready?" he asked.

Jaemin nodded. "Jeno's already in the tub."

The pair headed to the bathroom. They had the biggest bathroom in the house, and the tub was large enough to fit more than five people.

The other two got into the tub. "Come here, Junnie. Let me wash your hair for you," Jeno said, grabbing the shampoo.

"Yes, please. His hair always stinks when he lays on my chest," Jaemin teased, getting water splashed onto his face.

"Hey! My hair smells better than yours."

Jeno just laughed at the two bickering. He loved them so much.

"Dada! Can we get into the bath with you guys too?" Juyeo said, opening the door.

Of course, Renjun wasn't going to say no to them. The twins always got into the bath with them.

"Yes, but no splashing."

The boys cheered, climbing into the tub with their dads.
