just a little update

hello my darlings
i don't know who's going to read this, but i feel like i have to explain myself, sort of. i last updated this thingy in last august, with every intention of actually continuing the story and everything, but then school started, and it's a really important year for me, because this is my last, and everything is on this years grades. so i started last september with a little bit more pressure than usual. then a lot of things happened (so called prom, which is not prom here, exams, fights with my asshole history teacher etc). but most importantly i had a midlife crisis. i'm 20 i'm sort of figuring out whatever life is, and my conclusion is that i lost my teenage years so that's great. i'm not going to bore you more with the details, but i think it's saddening at some level, but also absolutely hilarious in a way.

but anyway, going on more serious waters, a war is happening in ukraine, which share its borders with my country, so obviously (even tho we're not directly affected by it) things are a bit tense here. i'm trying to help out with everything i can, and one of them is telling you to fact check everything. like literally check if the info you're getting about this situation is actually true, because you know pr0 pA gandA. and don't only get your info through social media
also if you want to donate to ukrainiens, do not donate via paypal or venmo or anything because those things do not work in ukraine.
and please for the love of god do not share or sign any petition because that's do nothing. like please be smarter than that. you see a petition? scroll!

and also two more things;
1) do not make a joke about ww3 and about what is happening in Ukraine currently. especially if you're from the west! i see americans everyday crying and making jokes about something that probably won't ever effect them. do not do this! it's awful and inhumane, and overall disrespectful.
2) try to get your information about other wars that's also happening. when the world was focusing on Ukraine, Israel bombed Syria and Palestine. Yemen and Somalia was also bombed. i personally have no idea how to help those countries (other than speaking out) and if you do let me know, i'm open to hear if you know anything.
and one more thing! and i think this is the most important; do not speak over voices that are meant to be heard. i'm on social media and i see people who are affected by all of this begging people to listen, and they are not being heard. even tho i'm personally not affected yet, it is still a privilege to be able to help, and not be helped, so with every ounce of my being i'm asking you to listen to those who are affected by the war that's happening in their countries, and not speak over them because you know it better, or make jokes, and fact check everything.
