It's a playful banter and it went on until Bakugou tweeted something about him and his wrong assumptions and Shouto replied with the fact that the male uses colourful language which could be equivalent to Bakugou hinting that he is being gay. Katsuki retaliates with the fact that Shouto asking him to 'confess' his feeling could be an indication that he might also be a part of the LGBTQ+ community.
If only the two had known what power these two assumptions held...
