After leaving the God of Birth's chamber, Lei Jian is still overthinking about the choice he need to choose. Xie Yuan give him 3 days to think. Now Lei Jian at his room, he is meditating.
Later, he went out from his room. Walking around the kingdom to breathe a fresh air around. He went to the the lotus pond. He is standing there, looking at the pond. There are alot of Koi fish inside the pond and a lotus flower on the water.
Soon come a girl beside her. She doesn't look that familiar.
"Greetings." Said the girl.
"Greetings." Said Lei Jian.
"You seem like have a lot of stuff in your mind?" Ask the girl.
"Yes, I am." Said Lei Jian.
"You will give up your Immortal life to that God?" Ask the girl.
"How do you know?" Ask Lei Jian.
"You want that girl to remember you in her next life, but you doesn't want to give up your immortality?~" Said the girl.
"Who are you...?" Ask Lei Jian.
"Tch.. We have met before but you already forget about me..." Said the girl.
"Have we met before?" Ask Lei Jian.
"Yes! 2 times! You already forget about me?!" Ask the girl.
Lei Jian look at her from head to toe. That girl wearing a green hanfu mixed with a gold bracelet in both of her hands, a golden hairpin, and a golden necklace. Soon, he remember, there is a Goddess blinking her eyes at him in Gods and Goddesses chambers.
"O... you...." Said Lei Jian.
"Now you remember me right? We have met 2 times!" Ask the Girl.
"We only met once. Don't be excessive." Said Lei Jian, he then turn his face away from her, continue looking at the fish in the pond.
"You forget the accident in the hotspring?" Ask the girl again.
"Don't be silly. I didn't met any girl at all in a hotspring." Said Lei Jian.
"Tch.. You forget me because I'm in my other form.." Said the girl.
"You are that dragon?! Are you serious?" Ask Lei Jian.
"Yeah! I'm Ru Xue. Nice to meet you~!" Said Ru Xue, introducing herself.
"Yeah. Anyway. I'm leaving first.. Nice to know you." Said Lei Jian, walking away from the pond.
"Wait! I think I can help you and your problem?~" Said Ru Xue.
Lei Jian stop walking. He turn around and look at her. She walk to his side.
"You can? How? You are only a small green dragon.." Said Lei Jian.
"Hey! Even though I'm a small dragon but I'm smart~" Said Ru Xue.
"Sure then, how will you help me?" Ask Lei Jian.
"Aha~ I will help you, but it will be a really long tiring adventure." Said Ru Xue.
"What do you mean?" Ask Lei Jian.
"We will need to go to the mortal world." Said Ru Xue.
"That's okay, I already living there for a long time." Said Lei Jian.
"Sure, we will meet again in here tomorrow and talk things out, how about it?" Ask Ru Xue.
"Sure." Said Lei Jian.
"Alright, I still have a lot of work to do. The Heaven king ask me to prepare stuff for his new born baby later. See you tomorrow~" Said Ru Xue. She walks away happily and cheerfully, while humming a song and moves her body.
"Such a weird Goddess..." mumble Lei Jian.
He is back to his room. If the Goddess going to help him, then he doesn't need to agree to the help of God's of birth. He won't lose his power too. But he just meet with the Ru Xue. Is she a trustworthy Goddess? or it's another help with a tricky price for a help?...
