You tell me I'm stupid
For bringing up the past
That the acts committed are nothing
He's a Good DAD
That pain that I go through
Is nothing but a scratch
He should be forgiven
Because he is a Good DAD
It doesn't matter that he touched me
He is all that you have
He doesn't need to be punished
That would be bad
I'm the wrong one
Because the truth makes you sad
But how do you think I feel
I'm more than mad
The people that are suppose to love me
Just turned their back
They don't want to hear it
Because he is a Good DAD
It shouldn't matter how good he is
What he did was bad
You can't just touch little girls
And say it's only the past
The damage is there
You just can't see the scab
I cover it up
My pain is masked
You say he is a Good Dad
He is all you have
But in my eyes he is the knife
That stabbed me in the back
