"MAKE sure to call and check in with your Dad and I. We're missing you so much right now. But we support you and this dream you're chasing. And I hope to see all the amazing things you're getting ready to create, and this space of life you're about to step into.Just know Mommy's rooting for you Lovely!"
A gentle smile spread across his soft round face, his wide radiant doe eyes scrunching as he did so; The young adult was grateful to have two supporting figures in his life. They supported his dreams, and allowed him to move halfway across the united states to chase it. "I will Momma," A mesmerizingly soft and airy voice spoke. His pitch wasn't too high or too low. The way he spoke reminded people of agave or maple, so sweet and ethereal.
"Okay My Sweet Son, I'll talk to you later Alligator." He hummed in response ending the call.
His eyes trailed to the mirror in front of him. A small sigh exhaling from his mouth. He stared at himself, noting all his flaws and everything that made him, him. From the faint rosacea esc blotchiness on his pale bisque-like skin. To his over pronounced cupids bow, leading to his thin candy floss tinted lips. His eyes drifted to the unkempt mess atop his head. Hues of marigold, alloy, and persian. Each follicle holding a strand of ginger wavy hair. "Alright River, this is it. This is all you ever wanted and dreamed of. You got this." He mumbled words of encouragement to himself, hand ghosting through his hair. An attempt to tame his unkempt locks.
"Okay...what's first?" River pondered aloud. With a grunt he wondered through his bare apartment. Small brown boxes littered everywhere. "First, place an ad. No no no, first unpack—-erm no lets eat! Oh wait...grocery shopping. Okay, pause. Ad first, then store, then unpack everything." River smiled softly to himself, having finally decided on what to do for the next few hours.
"Well shit....how do I get to the grocery store." River blinked his newfound agitation away. Adulting was hard, but he didn't expect it to be THIS hard. Pouting to himself, he just simply decided upon finding somewhere to place an ad. River knew and understood that he was so fortunate to have a 800 square feet high rise apartment. With two bedrooms and one bathroom. First two months rent paid in full. Such courtesies of his wonderful parents, and their support for his new career path. However there was the smallest catch, he needed a roommate to go half after those paid months were over.
After almost an hour of searching, weighing decisions, and debating pro's and con's River decided upon an app called Roomster:

Now River wasn't particularly sure how to write an ad or even how to verbally display his apartment or what comes with it. However he figured what he had wrote was just enough. Informational, concise, and straightforward. He hoped and prayed that whoever stumbled upon it and decided to respond. Would be a lovely and easygoing person, who wouldn't clash too much with his own personality.
Yo, ciewrites in this bitch. I couldn't disappear for forever, now could I?
