"Hypothetically speaking. They don't like me. Are we done?" I ask Chris as he drives to his moms house.
"Are you seriously asking me that?" He gives me a slightly annoyed look.
"Y/n" He takes my hand.
"Either way I would never leave you."
"you passed the first test with Dodger so I think you'll be okay." He grabs my hand and kisses it making me smile.
I'm actually excited to finally meet his family. He's told me about them but it's not the same. It's funny because although im excited I feel like im about to throw up from the anxiety.

"I'm home!" Chris yells throughout the houses holding my hand while Dodger runs in.
We're inside and it's so Christmassy inside. It smells like a fresh Christmas tree with a mix of cookies in the oven.
"Omg!" Chris's brother Scott shouts.
"Hiii I can't believe we're finally meeting." He says excitedly.
"Me either!" He gives me a hug.
"Hey Scott." Chris says jokingly since he didn't even acknowledge him.
Scott jokingly waves him off.
"Mom is gonna love ya." His accent comes out a bit.
That is also another thing I love about Chris. He kinda lost it when he moved from Boston but it comes out sometimes and I love when it does.
"Did I just hear my son is home?"
"Hey ma" They hug each other and Chris grabs my hand.
"Ma, this is y/n, my girlfriend."
She smiles at me and pulls me in for a hug.
"Ah Chris as if I didn't already know." She laughs.
"It's nice to finally meet you." I tell her.
"You too. I've been wondering who had my boys heart so much that he skipped out on the annual thanksgiving disney trip." She laughs.
"Chris! Why didn't you tell me? You didn't have to skip out on your family."
Before Chris could say anything Lisa said something.
"don't worry about it sweetheart it was kinda good to get a break from him." We laugh.
"Now come on I wanna show you around and you can meet the girls of the family." Chris grabs my hand and pulls me closer to him whispering in my ear.
"We'll talk later." He says referring to the disney trip and kisses my forehead.
I'm not mad but I know Chris loves his family and is a very big thing for him and I hate that I kinda took that away from him so I feel bad.

1hour later
I met Chris's sisters Carly and Shana and they're so nice and we got along like we've known each other forever.
Lisa, who insisted I call her by her first name, brought out the family photo books and that's what we're looking at right now.
"Omg babe, look at your little tiny butt." I tease him looking at a picture of him in a bathtub.
"I have no idea why you even took that ma."
He shakes her head.
"For this exact reason, so when you meet the love of your life I can show it to them." She winks and my cheeks heat up a bit.
"Is that you Scott?" I laugh looking at him dressed up as a pig.
