Today is the last day before our holiday break. I am very excited. But also kinda sad because I was planning to go visit my family for Thanksgiving. I was even planning on asking Chris to come with me. But literally all flights have been booked. Like how the hell is that even possible. I mean I get it traveling during the holidays is always busy but damn I never knew they could just be all booked.
But Chris and I will spend Thanksgiving and Christmas here in Atlanta so it works out.
Right now they are about to start a scene so I am finishing touching up Chadwick. Who by the way is so sweet and funny.
Chris gives my an air kiss and waves before they start the scene. I blush.
"Chris stay focused please!" Joe shouted.
The Russo Brothers are so nice. But they also mean business. That's what makes them good directors.
"Sorry." Chris apologizes sincerely the rest of the cast is laughing.
"Ooh Chris." Scarlett teases him.
"Shut up Scarjo." he raises his eyebrow, he knows she hates that nickname.
She rolls her eyes playfully.
"Are we ready?" The Russos ask.
"Yes, Sorry Joe."
"Scene 121, Take 3, ACTION."
Bruce Banner: Uh, sir, I think you can expect quite a big assault.
Steve Rogers: How we looking?
T'Challa: You will have my King's Guard, the Border Tribe, the Dora Milaje, and...
Bucky: (Walking forward toward Steve) A semi-stable, 100-year-old man.
They hug.
Steve: How you been, Buck?
Bucky: Uh, not bad, for the end of the world.
"CUT!"
I was going around fixing everybody for the next scene. I went to Chris and fixed his hair a bit.
"How do you always fuck up your hair after a scene?" I laughs while fixing his hair.
"I do not!" he acts offended.
"Yes you do."
"Maybe I do it so you can play with my hair and I can do this." He pulls me close and kisses me.
"look at the love birds! y/n and Chris sitting in a tree..." Anthony starts to sing.
I flip him off playfully.
"Woah woah, that hurts." We all laugh
"Alright everybody next scene! Let's go!"
Chris and I pull away and they continue to shoot.
Another thing I love about his job is the behind the scenes part of it. When I was little I would always wonder how much work goes into making a movie. And it's so cool to be part of something like this.
"Scene 122, Take 1, ACTION!"
Shuri: Whoa. The structure is polymorphic.
Bruce: Right, we had to attach each neuron non-sequentially.
Shuri: Why didn't you just reprogram the synapses to work collectively?
Bruce: (Staring for a moment) Because, we didn't think of it.
Shuri: (smiling) I'm sure you did your best.
