Chapter 5 || Youth Group Continued

By now, there were about 15 other kids in the room, more still coming in by the minute. Shouto had gone and sat down at one of the seats near the front but off to the side. Katsuki surveyed the room with his eyes and made an assumption that these were all stuck up overly religious kids.

A couple minutes later, Enji decided it was time to start. "Settle down, everyone come to the first couple rows of the chapel if you're in the back. Now, since I do see some new faces here today, we're going to introduce ourselves and add a fun fact about yourself" 

Some people moved to the front rows and a green haired boy sat next to Katsuki. He was slightly annoyed but he crossed his arms over his chest and turned to see who was starting off the introductions.

"Hello, as many of you already know, I'm Shouto Todoroki and a fun fact about me is that I like cold soba" the red and white haired male said, sitting back down.

'Of course it's him starting this stupid thing' Katsuki thought, rolling his eyes as the next person went. Soon enough, it was his turn. He stood up and glanced at the kids there. "The names Katsuki Bakugou and a fun fact is that I think this whole thing is fucking stupid"

There was a collective gasp and everyone turned to Enji, wanting to see what he would say to this. "Katsuki Bakugou! That was completely and utterly disrespectful to the Lord! You have one strike, next time you'll be sitting next to me up front!" Enji scolded. 

Katsuki didn't feel threatened by that but it would have been a bit embarrassing for him so he just scoffed. "My name is Izuku Midoriya, and a fun fact about me is I like to draw!" 

'Sounds like a nerd' Katsuki thought, making silent comments in his head as the rest of the kids went around to introduce themselves.

By the time everyone had finished introductions, it was already half an hour into the session. Enji had started discussing what they could do in everyday life to love and worship God. Katsuki honestly just zoned out for the most of it till he felt a tap on his shoulder from the boy next to him. 

"So, you really think this is all so stupid even though you're the one in the oversized VBS shirt?" Izuku asked in a low voice, leaning closer to the blonde's ear so he could speak without Enji noticing. 

Katsuki glanced at him, his face getting slightly red at observing the green haired boy. He was actually kinda cute, obviously a nerd, but maybe just a little bit hot as well. "It's only because my other fucking shirt had a stupid "offense logo" on it" he responded, doing air quotes around the words. 

Izuku nodded, understanding that. "Yeah happens to everyone once in a while" he responded.

"Really?" 

"No. I was being sarcastic" he responded with a chuckle. 

"Ugh. Of course I knew that" the blonde scoffed, rolling his eyes. 

"Sure ya did Kacchan. Anyways getting to the point, I saw you walk in with Shouto. What did you guys do~?" Izuku asked, smirking slightly as Katsuki's face flushed up bright red. 

"What?! Don't call me that!! I mean-.. Uh.. nothing happened. We didn't do anything-" he said quickly, looking away and making eye contact with Shouto. He didn't look happy for some reason but Katsuki chose to ignore that fact. 

"So you did do something! How was it? Did you like it? Wait wait, did you guys-" Izuku asked, but was cut off when everyone stood up. He stood up as well, joining Enji and the rest of them in a final closing prayer. 

Katsuki was a bit reluctant to stand up but he did it when Enji gave him a little glare. "And now we go in peace to love and serve the lord. Dismissed" Enji said finally. Now the chatter in the room was slowly rising as they made their way out of the chapel. 

Katsuki was practically the first one outta there since he sure as hell couldn't wait another minute talking to Izuku. "So you and Shouto? Are you his playtoy for now?" A blonde boy asked, out of nowhere. 

"WHERE THE FUCK DID YOU COME FROM?!" Katsuki yelled, jumping slightly when he saw him. 

"Oh, haha sorry. I'm Denki Kaminari, kinda Shouto's friend and all. Now are you?" Denki asked.

Katsuki looked at him, not knowing what to say. He didn't know this kinda stuff traveled so fast, nor did he know why he cared so much about this. "Uhh, no? Why do you care anyways. What's the deal with that guy?" he asked, sighing. 

"You really don't know? I mean, it's been going around since middle school. Shouto has been messing around with other guys and sometimes even girls, but mostly guys. I dunno the details but I've been told that he's amazing in bed-" Denki said, walking with Katsuki to his car which his mom was in. "But that's what I've been told. Guess you'll find all about it soon enough. And you can't tell anyone about this or who knows what'll happen to you. Shouto can be kinda scary when he needs to be" 

And with that, Denki ran off to his car and got inside, waving to Katsuki as his mom drove off. That was probably the most interesting conversation he had in a while.
