Hinabol siya ng binata at hinawakan ang braso niya para patigilin siya sa paglalakad.

"Oh, the audacity!" Singit ng isang boses na siyang nagpalingon sa kanya sa direksyon nito.
Si Mertyl.
She grimaced looking at Luiz hand on her arm. Agad niyang binawi ang braso niya.
"Yucks, so you're entertaining your ex while you're in a relationship with Sais? Disgusting!" Nandidiring anas nito.
Tumiim ang bagang niya at kumuyom ang kanyang kamao.
"Hindi ko siya in-entertain. I would never betray Sais," she can't help but to talk back.
"Who believes you, bitch? Ang sabihin mo pera lang ang habol mo kay Sais. Magkano ba nakukuha mo sa kanya? I could pay you double just stay away from him----"
Lumagapak ang pakad niya sa pisngi nito. Mertyk's eyes widen on what she did. Namula ng matindi ang mukha nito sa hiya at galit.
"How dare you!" She scream and was about to attacked her when someone pulled Mertyl's hair.
"Ikaw, gaga ka. Nanggugulo ka pa talaga sa teritoryo namin?!" Galit na singhal ni Maegan at sinambunutan si Mertyl.
"Ouch! Let me go, bitch!" Tili ni Mertyl at sinubukang kumalas kay Maegan pero mahigpit lang ang pagkakapit nito sa buhok nito.
"Ako lang ang puwedeng umaway diyan, huwag kang makialam!" Singhal ni Maegan at ningudngud si Mertyl sa lupa.
She just stood there, shock on what she witness. Walang nagtangkang pumigil kay Maegan kasi nga malakas ang kapit nito sa paaralan.
Nang makawala si Mertyl ay habol nito ang hininga at sinamaan sila ng tingin. Gone the classy and sassy Mertyl. Mukha na itong kawawa na gulong-gulo ang buhok at may kaunting dumi sa mukha.
"You will fucking pay for this, bitch! I'll dig your dirtiest secret and I'll take Sais away from you!" Sigaw nito sa kanya.
Bumaling naman ito kay Maegan.
"You fucking palikera, you're ugly, no class, no mannera----"
"Shut up, trying hard bitch, social climber naman, gold digger!" Pagtataray ni Maegan dito.
Inis na nagmartsa paalis si Mertyl. Nakahinga siya ng maluwag.
Humarap sa kanya si Maegan at inabot ang kamay nito.
"Friends?" Maegan asked.
Tinitigan niya ang kamay nito ng matagal.
She sighed and smiled at Maegan. Inabot niya ang kamay nito.
"Friends."
"Mom, what are you doing here?" Sais groaned in protest.
It's holiday Tuesday kaya nasa bahay niya ang binata. They're just chilling, took a break from their loads.
"I'm so bored in the house. Your Dad's so busy because he's working alone now since Claudia already left for London." Sais' mother sit on the wooden sofa which was now upgraded.
Pinatibay na ni Sais 'yun dahil 'nung last na may nangyari sa kanila ay muntik ng masira ang pahabang upuan. Namula siya ng maalala iyon.
"How's Hinx, Mom?" Sais asked her mother.
"Why asked me? You should be the one to know, you know fourth gen things." Sagot naman ng ina nito.
"Right. Tho the last time i came to see him, hindi pa rin lumalabas sa kwarto niya."
"Poor kid." Iling na saad ni Mommy Caria.
Bumaling ito sa kanya kaya napaayos siya ng tayo.
"So, don't leave my son, Crosette. Iba ang fourth gen ma-broken. They're so marupok unlike the assholes third gen." Ingos ni Mommy Caria.
Sais chuckled and pull her to sit beside him. Hinalikan siya nito sa noo.
"I won't give her any reason to leave me, Mom."
"Why, Tita? What are they like if they're broken?" Interesadong tanong niya.
"Well, hindi pa man lahat na-broken, but I've heard about Tres."
"Yeah, he really traumatized us. He's the first one to be broken, he's really... I can't describe." Sais said and played with her fingers.
"Really?"
"Yes, and there's Uno, Dos is now suffering because Corrine doesn't want him, I don't know for the future tho, but I know the Benjamins will be devastated when their girls left." He answered.
Napatingin siya sa binata saka ngumiti.
"I don't want to see you on that position. I'll never leave you," she said truthfully.
"Don't make me left out, please." Sais' mother said exaggeratedly.
She chuckled and went to Mommy Caria.
"Why don't you share me about you and Daddy Spade, Mommy?"
Sais groaned and stood up and went to the kitchen. Probably don't wanna hear the stories again and again.
Mommy Caria chuckled.
"Okay, since we're talking about the broken Benjamins, I'll share my experience with him. Spade was pushing me away halfway of our relationship--eer, no label relationship because he said she was dangerous and afraid to get me into trouble," Panimula nito.
"Until I meet his bestfriend, who everyone thought was dead already, and we make a plan like this like that but I was triggered when I saw him with a girl. I think her name was Peach? No, I think Josette? I think it was Josette, her real name. I even imagine having fight with her because I was so jealous. Tho, after we got married, Josette appeared in our house and said that Spade impregnate her."
"Oh.."
"Yes, and I was pregnant, so sensitive and I got mad with Spade. I even threatened him with annulment but Spade later on explained when I was ready to listen that he didn't even touch that woman."
"That sucks, Tita. Mabuti at naayos niyo ni Daddy Spade. Meron talagang maninira ng relasyon," she said remembering Mertyl earlier.
"Yes, but I haven't found that woman again. Ang sabi sa rumor, since she was a known back then because she's still beautiful, pinanagutan naman siya ng totoong nakabuntis nito. Their life wasn't that great and after years nabalitaan na lang namin she died, and also her partner."
Natahimik sila sa sinabi nito. That's still sad to hear.
Tumayo si Mommy Caria at lumapit sa mga picture frame sa dingding niya.
"You look so cute! I can imagine na your children with Sais, both of you have good genes."
Namula siya sa sinabi nito.
Sunod na dumako ang mata nito sa frame na nasa tabi ng litrato niya.
Picture 'yun ng pamilya nila 'nung bata pa siya. Her parents with her half-brother na kapatid niya lang sa ama.
"That's your mother?" Biglang tanong nito.
"Yes, that's Mama Peach."
Nawala ang ngiti sa labi nito.
"That's...Josette."
Nawala ang ngiti sa labi niya.
