I woke up in my bed, I remember falling asleep in Matt's arms, he must have carried me up hear. I looked down and saw that I was still wearing the dress from yesterday. I went into my closet and put on some yoga pants and a t-shirt. I put my hair into a messy bun. My first jumping competition is tomorrow. My lesson teacher told me that I had to take it easy today. I went over into Emma's room to see if she wanted to go on a ride with me.

As soon as I walked into her room, I saw her climbing in from her window and our Mother was just sitting on her bed waiting for her. I quickly walked back into my room before the huge fight was going to happen. All of sudden I heard yelling coming from Emma's room. I knew she was going to be grounded. I walked out of room and down the stairs into the kitchen to see my Father reading the newspaper.

"How did you guys figure out that she was gone?" I asked him.

"You sister isn't the best climber, you could hear climbing from a mile away." My father said. I laughed at him and he joined in. I went over to the coffee machine and got me a cup of coffee. Ryan came downstairs and I walked over and gave him a hug.

"Congrats." I told him. "Thanks, Kate is already planning." Ryan said as he laughed.

"Are you and Kate still coming to my competition tomorrow?" I asked him.

"I wouldn't miss it." Ryan said. All of a sudden we heard a door slam shut and Mom come walking downstairs. Everyone looked at her.

"She is grounded for two weeks, she is still coming to your competition tomorrow, she is not aloud to leave the house and she doesn't have her phone anymore. She is now helping you and Matt out with the chores in the morning. She has club meetings so you guys will have to do them in the afternoon." My Mom said. I nodded my head at her. I walked outside and feed the animals. It looks like Emma isn't going on a ride withe me, I thought to myself.

I got King out and went into the practice area and started practicing my routine for tomorrow. After I was done practicing, I played a couple of games with the younger kids. At dinner everyone was talking about their week and about my competition tomorrow, I was so nervous, I couldn't eat. After dinner Emma and I did the dishes and then I went to bed.

*The next day*

I woke up and took a shower, I put my hair into a tight bun so it wouldn't fall out during the competition. I grabbed my riding clothes and put them on. I walked downstairs to see everyone getting ready. I walked outside to put King into his trailer. I grabbed my saddle and other gear and put it in the trailer. I put King into the trailer and gave him some hay. I shut the trailer and locked. I got into the truck and looked into the back seat to see Melody, Tyler and Aaron all crammed into the backseat. I chuckled and put my music in and started texting Matt. Matt is suppose to bring Harry with him to watch my competition today. After a couple of hours in the car, we had finally made it to the competition.

There was already other girls getting their horses out and ready for the competition. After we parked I got out of the car and opened the trailer so I could get King out. I got King out and took him to one of the empty stalls that they had set up for the riders. I got all of my equipment out and set up in my stall. I wasn't suppose to start practicing for another hour. I brushed King and went to go walk around at all of the tents that were selling things. I walked up to a really cool tent that was selling some really pretty paintings. When all of a sudden I felt arms wrap around me form behind. I jumped. I turned around and slapped Matt in the arm.

"That is for scaring me." I said.

"O I was just messing around with you, Sam." Matt said. I glared at him and he laughed at me.

"I brought you something," Matt said.

"What! You didn't have to do that." I said.

"I wanted to so turn around." Matt said. I turned around and felt something go around my neck. I looked down and saw a very beautiful locket. I opened the locket and saw a picture of me and Matt smiling at each other from the cookout. I looked at him and smiled and hugged him.

"Thank you, its beautiful," I said.

"I got it for good luck for you and your competition." We walked hand in hand back to the stall that I was using for the competition. I started getting King ready and I put all of his stuff on and I braided his mane to it wouldn't get in the way. I got on King and rode out of the stall and went up to my family. Everyone wished me luck and said good bye.

I rode to one of the practice fields. I practice for 30 minutes until my name was called by the announcer. After the announcer called my name, I rode King into the entrance of the arena. When the announcer told me to start, I rode into the arena at a trot. Whenever me and King jumped I get this feeling of flying and that was why I love jumping so much. All of a sudden, I was flung into the air and I saw King go down and then I hit my head on one of the jumping racks. Then everything went black.
