He decided to file against the Insurance company as it didn't accept to repay the claim.

I have presented my side of evidences, supporting documents and arguments... Insurance company is still with the same stand that they will not consider the claim as the theft happened at the 'Hotel premises'.

Now it's with Ombudsman.. isn't?

Yes... We connected to Ombudsman according to the Insurance claim grievances procedures !
