Sai Joshi:
At this juncture, I would like to Thank Mr. Sanjay Kumar for providing me a wonderful opportunity to learn from his leading firm before I decided to venture out independently !

Sanjay:
The pleasure is mine Ms. Sai Joshi. The doors of SK Law Firm is always opened for it Alumnus.

(Except for Sai & Sanjay, none of the participants easily identify that they were trying to be sarcastic at each other which is purposefully hidden behind the sugar coated pleasantries)

Sai Joshi:
Thank you for your kind words Mr. Sanjay Kumar !
So, next I would like to thank for giving me this opportunity to speak on my own views and also summarise.

Moderator:
That's a wonderful Start Ms. Sai Joshi !
It's my pleasure to meet such an Affluent Lawyer today ! I'm eager to know views from you.

Sai:
Yes ! Let's list the 'Pros'

The gender balance is achieved in terms of 'age' by increasing the age of female to 21 whereas male is already at 21. This eliminates the inherent imbalance that prevails in the law which indirectly means that men have time till 21 to get himself educated and get a job and the girl is seen as dependent.
