Arabella 🌹

Monday came around quicker than I had expected. The rest the weekend consisted of all of us hanging out and it wasn't all that bad. I only tried to kill Asher five times which is a record for me.

Maddy headed home Sunday afternoon saying that if she stayed any longer she would officially move in. And Veronica said she had to get back to California for work but would be back in time for the engagement party which depressed me immensely that we had to have one at all.

Asher apparently felt the same way when he realized just how much our fathers had planned for us when their assistants emailed us the itinerary for the week.

Griffin stayed saying he wanted to make sure his best friend didn't need him for emergencies but I think its really just to keep using our hot tub.

I was in my room getting ready and taking unnecessarily longer than I need to. I dreaded having to see my father today. Me and my father were really close and not talking to him felt weird even if it was only a few days.

I pull on my black fitted dress that stopped on my knees, with a heart shaped neckline and black pumps. I pull my hair into a bun and walk out of my room.

When I get to the kitchen I hear a whistle.

"You know Bella you can just marry me instead of dipshit over here. I would make a much better power couple with you." Griffin says with a wink and I couldn't help but laugh and shake my head.

"As much as I would like to consider it I think I'll have to suck up being stuck with dipshit here." I say tapping his face lightly as I walk past to go to the fridge.

"You know dipshit is sitting right here." Asher says with his mouth full of pancakes.

"Classy. Anyway I'll be off." I say after grabbing my cup of coffee and heading to the door.

"Hey wait up," I hear Asher say from behind me.

I turn back around and he's jogging up to me.

"You got the email about the engagement shoot today didn't you?" he asks, which was weird. Asher knows better than anyone how on top of my schedule and emails I was. If anything I expected to be the one to remind him.

"Of course. I'll be meeting you the studio for four right?" I say giving him a weird look.

"Yeah.." he stands there for a few minutes more and after I'm sure he isn't going to speak anymore I make a turn to leave.

"Princess.." he finally says just as I reach the door. "It's okay to forgive him. I know it's hard... not talking to your dad. But we're good yeah? So it's okay to want to forgive him." he says and gives a light smile.

I blush a little over the fact that Asher knew what was bothering me.

"Thanks." I say with a light smile and make my way out.

I pull up to the company a few minutes later. I hadn't realized how close the penthouse was to it.

I take a deep breath as I enter the building and go up to my father's floor.

I say hello to his assistant before proceeding.

"Oh Ms. Romano, there's some paper work in your office for you to complete and your father asked to see you once you get in." she says to me before I can fully walk pass.
