Once Genesis and Akiza returned just outside Feast, Conquest immediately split from Akatsuki and decked Genesis across the face. Akatsuki managed to hold him back, but just barely as Conquest tried again
War and Death separated to try their hand at it but were stopped by Lyla and Reiko who hugged the older women tightly.
"Dad calm down! Stop!" Akatsuki shouted
"SILENCE!" Conquest roared in fury and mourning
"You ok, Geni?" Akiza asked, helping him up
"Dwaddy, what's wong with gwandpa?" Lumi asked worried
"It's nothing Lumi, get back inside." Genesis told Lumi.
"It's nothing?! Strife is gone because of you! You took her away just like you did to all of us like last time!" Conquest shouted in anger.
"Conquest, stop it! This isn't his fault!" Akiza argued
"Like hell it isn't! He's the one that said if we accepted your four we'd merge! Yet Strife..." Conquest seethed in anger and sadness. "She didn't even tell any of us..."
Genesis sighed and walked inside with Lumi. Genesis was also sad, but he's had this happen hundreds of times before so it doesn't really affect him anymore.
"Strifie chose to do that! Not him!" Akiza argued. "Believe me, I miss her too.."
Conquest gritted his teeth and roared as he threw a massive haymaker at Akiza. Akiza dodged it with her newly increased speed and hugged the horsemen leader.
"If you know what;s good for you you'll.." Conquest trailed off
"Shut up and let me comfort you!" Akiza shouted as she hugged him tighter
"Get off of me..." Conquest warned as Akatsuki hugged him
"Lumi, wait!" Genesis yelled in worry as the little girl ran out and hugged her grandfather's leg
Despite his grief and rage, Conquest refused to hurt the little girl hugging him. Perhaps it was Akatsuki's influence or it was what he said earlier about not wanting to lose anymore of his family and this kid just called her grandpa. Thus, she's his family.
"Dwaddy, can chu help me make gwandpa brewer?" Lumi asked
Conquest glared at the approaching reality god but said nothing. Gen looked at him with sorrow. The warmonger's eyes held rage but barely concealed sorrow and mourning
Meanwhile Reiko and Lyla allowed their older halves to cry in their arms, fully mourning Strife
"You're not the only one who misses her." Genesis said with a lowered head with shadows covering his, no doubt, mourning eyes.
"Why...why did she not tell us..?" Conquest asked, his angry facade breaking
A small smirk came through Genesis's face for a brief moment before changing to a solemn one. "I saw that smirk." Izuku pointed out before getting hit by Genesis's 'Asian Slipper'.
"Geni....why?" Akiza repeated Conquest's question, tearing up
"Well..." Genesis nervously said.
"Huh?" Akiza and surprisingly Conquest muttered in unison
"Oh for the love of- Gen! Did you just forget our little script you senile old man?!" Strife somehow asked from somewhere
"I'm sorry!" Genesis mumbled.
"What?!" the horsemen shouted in unison.
"S-Strifie?" Akiza asked
"Fack!" Strife cursed.
