Jennie put down the cell phone and looked at the screen, which had turned dark. Who was that? That person was very rude.

She frowned and didn't think much about it. She looked through the phone book but couldn't find the driver's number.

Jennie didn't know which number was the driver's number and she couldn't call anyone and ask if they were Lisa's driver.

She couldn't bear the headache that came at this moment.

Jennie glanced at Lisa.

After 20 minutes —

Jennie got out of the car and looked at the house in the residential complex and saw that it was dark.

Kai wasn't home yet?

She turned around and opened the car door, carefully helping the alcohol reeking man out. Lisa was more than 1.8 meters tall, and it was very difficult for her to support him.

It took Jennie another 10 minutes before she managed to bring him up the stairs.

Jennie took out the key Kai had given her and opened the door. She then immediately dragged Lisa inside.

She used one hand to climb the wall and find the light switch. She turned on the light and closed the door, then dragged Lisa all the way to her temporary bedroom.

*Bang!*

Jennie had just taken a step into the bedroom when she suddenly heard a muffled bang and turned her head around. Lisa's head actually hit the door frame, and she quickly reached out to rub it.

Lisa had sobered up a little from the impact. He opened his eyes and slowly looked at her.

"Does it hurt?" Jennie suppressed the smile on her face and saw that there was a patch of red on his forehead as if the place he had hit was the same as the one he had hit on the car seat.

Jennie raised her hand to rub Lisa's forehead. She looked as if she was coaxing a child, "Be good, it doesn't hurt, it doesn't hurt, I'll help you massage it."

"You live here?" Lisa frowned and avoided her hand.

Jennie's hand froze in mid-air. What an ungrateful person. She was too lazy to help him. She simply let go of his arm to allow him to stand on his own.

Lisa leaned against the door and staggered for a moment.

Jennie coldly snorted. "What's wrong? Do you think this house is too small? It didn't meet your standards? Then when I asked at which hotel you were staying, why did you not answer?"

Lisa cast a glance at her but did not enter the bedroom. With one hand on the wall, he asked, "Where is the bathroom?"

"Over there." She pointed to the bathroom opposite.

Lisa unsteadily walked to the bathroom and closed the door. After about two minutes, Jennie heard the sound of water splashing in the bathroom. Moments later, Lisa opened the door and walked out.

He seemed to wash his face with cold water. Under the fluorescent light, his handsome face was still a little pale. Lisa staggered back to Jennie's bedroom door and placed his hand on the door frame.

"Have you decided? Are you going back to the hotel or are you going to stay here?" Jennie pursed her lips and looked into his dark, drunken eyes.

She wanted to say, 'Are you awake? Are you going to ask someone to bring you back to the hotel yourself, or should I take you back to the hotel?'. However, it was not appropriate for her to send out the order so straightforwardly, so she could only ask more discreetly.

Although she didn't say it directly, Lisa understood the meaning behind her gaze.

He didn't move, and after looking at Jennie for a moment, he snorted and went into her bedroom.

"Sigh, you –" Seeing Lisa enter her bedroom, Jennie immediately turned around. Just when she was about to ask if he was really drunk or just playing with her, her waist was suddenly grabbed by someone.

Lisa grabbed her waist and pulled her inside.

The light in the bedroom was not lit, and in the dim light that came from the living room, Lisa's eyes were as deep as a pool.

The strong smell of alcohol and the unique yet pleasant scent of his body enveloped her body. His slightly burning lips moved slightly against her, "Were you worried about me? Hmm?"

Lisa kissed her on the corner of her mouth, and there was a smile in his voice. His voice touched her most sensitive nerve in an instant.

Jennie stared straight at the man in front of her. She pressed herself stiffly against the cold wall and took a long time before she could recover her wits. "It's not like I'm wrong to care about you."

"Do you really care about me?" Lisa narrowed his eyes and fixed his gaze on her. A hoarse voice came from between their lips. "Jennie, who am I to you?"

Jennie lifted her eyes and met his dark eyes.

"I ..." The word she wanted to say was swallowed again by him. Lisa's long arm wrapped around the back of her neck, and he restrained all her movements as she tried to struggle.

Lisa's lips were moist and cool. This time, he didn't act the way he did the previous two times. He raised his head and glared at her.

Jennie resisted even more, but he easily pressed down on her moving hand, turning his head to her ear and whispering, "Answer me, why do you care about me? Who am I to you?"

As Lisa spoke, his lips caressed Jennie's ears, causing her to tremble uncontrollably. She almost lost control of her voice. She bit down on her lower lip and tilted her head, trying to avoid his gentle yet bewitching kiss.
