When Jennie saw the security guards walking towards her, his attitude towards her was apparent, but she did not make it difficult for him. For a company like Manoban Group, it was not surprising that the security was very tight.
Jennie nodded her head, "Alright, I will go to another floor, but can you please tell me when the meeting will stop? I actually came to deliver lunch for President Manoban."
Judging from the security guard's clothes, he should be from the Criminal Police. He looked at her coldly, as if she were the caretaker of the president's house, and said in an indifferent voice. "I don't know, the timing is up to the president. Not everyone can come here."
Jennie cursed inwardly at this brat's cold attitude.
She glanced at the security guard in a perverted manner, then turned around and pressed the elevator button.
Just as she was waiting for the elevator to come up, the sound of a conference room door opening came from behind her.
The elevator door opened, and those people walked in. Jennie hesitated for a moment but saw that the security guard was still looking at her with a serious expression as if he would shoot her in the head if she did anything improper.
The heck, did she really look like a terrorist?
'Young man, do you have to be so serious and professional? Didn't you see that everyone in the meeting was resting temporarily?'
'Don't you have your eyes open so wide?'
Under the cold and solemn gaze of the security guard, Jennie quietly stood on her tiptoes and looked over his shoulder at Lisa, who had come out last. She hurriedly raised her hand to greet her. "Li–"
"Miss! Please leave!" The security guard stared at her hand.
Jennie's mouth twitched. She raised her finger and pointed in the direction of the figure. "That's my husband. Do you mind if I send him a meal?"
That security guard frowned. He had an expression of hard, soft, and yet respectful. He retorted. "Miss, lying is useless. Please leave, otherwise, I will use a serious method to 'ask' you to leave!"
"Little Tian," Lisa's gentle voice sounded from behind him.
The security guard, who was called Tian Fen, suddenly turned around. Seeing that it was Lisa, he respectfully nodded. "President Manoban."
"There's nothing for you to do here. Go and rest. Return in twenty minutes." Lisa said.
"Alright." Tian Fen suddenly turned around and glanced at Jennie before he left. He looked as if he was worried that such an obscure woman would come in contact with the CEO.
Jennie was immediately angered by this kid. She abruptly grabbed onto Lisa's arm and intimately said, "Hubby ~"
Lisa's indifferent and genial eyebrows slightly raised at how she addressed him, and he lowered his gaze to look at her.
The security guard known as Little Tian's mouth twitched with a strange force. Finally, he believed it.
Jennie raised her eyebrows complacently. As she watched the security guard walk away with his face covered in dirt, she couldn't help but burst out laughing.
Who knew that suddenly there would be warmth next to her ears? Lisa lowered his head and whispered in her ear, "Bullying a security guard? Very interesting."
"Who bullied him? He was the one who bullied me first!" Jennie rolled her eyes at him. In the end, she bumped into his face when she turned around, and just like that, she was kissed by Lisa in the middle of the spacious and bright corridor.
