So in a few of the HP movies Draco sometimes has a green apple. So before you shift you should light a candle, put on some hand lotion, or even just imagine the scent of somebody from your DR. That will make you believe you're shifting and you will feel closer to your DR. Also picturing you're on the Hogwarts train and the speed keeps increasing, you'll eventually see a white light and you will be in your DR.

So even if it doesn't work the first few times it will eventually!!!!! We can all shift!!! We literally do it every day! You got this!

So I had a 💩 day at school, so I'm super motivated to shift tonight! For those also attempting to shift, good luck!!! You guys are awesome and you can do this!!
