Lola and Winter pulled into the school parking lot in the Spyder and found the furthest spot in the parking lot.  "You nervous?" Winter asked her sister as she turned off the car before grabbing her bag. "Never, it's definitely not our first rodeo!" Lola chuckled, opening her door and swinging her bag over her shoulder. Winter smirked while rolling her eyes as she and Lola walked into the school, looking around the main entrance for the office. "This way." Lola pointed towards the door on the right before linking her arm with Winter's and going towards the office. As they entered the office, Lola sensed another vampire and stopped in mid stride as she stared intensely at him. She couldn't put her finger on it but something about him didn't sit well, like she's seen him before. Winter felt the difference of Lola's behavior, causing her to gently pull her sister from the doorway before anyone could notice. "What's wrong?" She whispered so softly only Lola could hear. Shaking her head lightly, Lola walked to the desk.

"Good morning. Name?" The office lady said once the gentleman exited the room. "Lola and Winter Moon." After what felt like forever, she finished typing on her keyboard and grabbed some papers from the printer. "Here are your schedules and a map of the school. Have a great first day!" The two examined there schedules and discovered they had seven classes out of eight together.

As the day went on, Lola couldn't shake the familiar stranger from earlier this morning while she sat in their AP history class. She had most of her classes with said stranger as it is. "Okay, spill!" Winter nudged her quietly while pretending to watch the movie Mr. Hancock had playing. "I can't get the guy from the office off my mind, he's like us, with abilities. He seems familiar but doesn't, like I've seen him before but I can't figure it out." She replied before holding Winter's hand to give her the imagine of a man standing about 6'6" with jet black hair and pale green contacts. He had a perfectly square jawline and a set of luscious lips any girl would dream of discovering. Lola slightly nodded towards the farthest corner of the room after they both regain focus. Not knowing exactly what he was, she didn't say anymore until after school.

The last class of the day, Lola had alone, no strange guy and no sister. She sat in the back corner behind this handsome pale man who was so muscular, he should be a model, she learned goes by Emmitt Cullen. Sitting behind him she studied his beautiful dark brown short hair while she completed the pop quiz Mrs. Smith, the Science teacher passed out. Once the pop quiz was done, everyone was assigned a partner for the entirety of the year. "Jonah and Everly, Felix and Anna," Mrs. Smith read from her list as Lola patiently waited to hear her name, "Lola and Emmitt." And there it was. She blocked out the rest of the names as she just sat there until they were told to proceed to their teams.

Meanwhile across the school Winter headed for the last class of the day, which also was the single class without Lola. She had almost reached the correct hallway when the stranger walked directly towards her. As he grew closer she took note of his six foot six stature as he toward over her tiny frame. Before she knew it, she was trapped in the corner of the halls, slowly inhaling his musky scent. His arms were on either side of her, making it almost impossible to leave. A deep growl rumbled through him, making her inadvertently bite the corner of her bottom lip. She looked down for one second and he was gone.

Winter found herself in the back of the room next to the young vampire she had met a few nights prior. "Ok class. Today we are splitting into teams of three." Mr. Michaels announced, never bothering to look up from his clipboard. "Pick your teams." He finished before taking a seat at his desk. Frantically, every student scrambled to team up with one another. Like every other school, she saw patterns. What Winter hadn't expected was the young vampire and another approached her. "Hello, my name is Edward Cullen. This is my brother, Jasper." Edward stated with a kind smile, but something seemed off. The two sat on either side of her, a little closer than comfort for Winter. Edward stared intently at her, staring through her soul while Jasper kept a close eye on his brother. "What is the matter?" She spoke softly with a solid Irish accent to Edward, meeting his intense gaze. Her big eyes caught him off guard, the bright gold tint clashed perfectly against her pure white hair. He was entranced, Jasper on the other hand lost his focus and his attention was elsewhere.

"Hello, I'm Lola. It's a pleasure to meet you!" Lola spoke cheerfully with a light accent as she placed her books on the desktop. His angelic voice came out so smooth as he said, "I'm Emmitt, the pleasures all mine! Should we get started, Sweetness?" Lola nodded, smiling while opening the experiment packet that was handed out just a few moments prior. "Absolutely!" Emmett got closer to see the options after she put it in the middle of their desks. "Well, we've got a couple options; Corrosiveness of Soda, Organic vs. Inorganic, or Measuring Air Pollution." Lola read each description as Emmitt read down the list of options. She inhaled his musk, savoring his scent, so sweet to her senses.  "Whilst I find Corrosiveness of Soda interesting, I find Measuring Air Pollution more appealing. Yourself?" She flashed a smile his direction when she seen him nod in agreement. By the time class was over, Lola was ready to meet up with her sister and head back to the cabin.
