Document 045.Subject Categories

(If you are reading through this document, it is assumed either you were given permission or you have a level higher than 3 to have access to this)

Subjects are the center of the majority of experiments that are conducted in the facility you are currently located in.

Subjects are used to find out the limits of living beings, along with the limits of what a living being can be and can have.

Please note that information about these categories is classified. If ever revealed to subjects, then proceed with the "Defective" procedure.

If you do not know about any of the procedures we use then please refer to document 050.

Man-Mades

This subject category is heavily centered around intelligence.

(At least the majority of subjects are)

Subjects in this category are fascinated by puzzles and will mostly be put into experiments where they either solve problems or complete tasks that may put their mobility at a limit.

It's required to have four cameras in each of their rooms.

Due to the high curiosity and intelligence levels of these subjects, lower level scientists are required to check each room once a week.

If a subject is ever found to have escaped then proceed to check the rooms with any technology or activities.

Do not worry too much because these subjects are extremely cooperative, and will rarely show any interest in escaping due to common sense.

Two of these characteristics are required to classify a subject as a Man-Made:

Interest in technology

Interest in puzzles

Physical body typically isn't found in natural settings (Required)

Curiosity

Gardens

Originally named "Organics" (changed due to confusion), subjects in this category are filled with curiosity.

They usually seek simple answers, and they understand that some questions may not be answered.

Subjects in this category are also much more social compared to other categories; you'll most likely see relationships between subjects, ranging from family relationships to friendships, and, though not yet seen, romantic relationships as well.

Experiments for this category usually go along the lines of physical modification, and, depending on the subject, they may also be centered around the subject's mental health.

Gardens require daily recess hours before night hours. During this time scientists of any level are unable to do experiments on them, but permission is given to keep a subject from attending recess if they have already partook in an experiment before recess.

(Simply make sure that they do get time in recess hours right after the experiment)

If recess hours are ever taken away, (only by level 6 doctors, which are currently the highest level) it may only be for experimentation reasons. However, this can not last more than a week. This is due to the fact that without recess hours Gardens seem to grow tired.
