"Oh wait, how about here?" Hoseok asked, holding one end of the string lights.

"Yeah that would be nice." I said softly, holding the other end.

We hung the lights as I stepped back, admiring the scene we'd put together.

"Fanfiction writers would be so inspired by what's about to happen." Hoseok murmured making me cock my head.

"Huh?"

"Oh! Nothing just talking to myself." He beamed, flashing his heart shaped grin. "Now, what are you gonna wear?"

I furrowed my brows, looking down at my attire—sweatpants and a hoodie. "Is this not proper?"

Hoseok gasped. "Are you serious Agust D-Hyung?" He asked. "No, it's not proper."

He dragged me back inside.

"Take me to your apartment, Mr. D." He taunted.

Honestly, his demeanour scared me a little. I led him to my place, no words before opening the door.

"Oh it's nice in here." Hoseok noted, heading straight for the bedroom. "Come in Agust D-Hyung, we're getting you dressed."

Hoseok picked out some items I didn't even remember buying before leaving the room.

"Put those on and come show me." He instructed.

I did as I was told before opening the door, seeing him gasp as he sat on the couch.

It reminded me of a mother seeing her daughter in a wedding dress for the first time.

"You're so sexy!"

'Okay? I'm now officially uncomfortable.'

"Oh! Sorry Hyung, I don't really think before I speak—but that's a good thing in case you're unaware."

I nodded stiffly as he stood.

"Now, about this hair.." He trailed off.

"What about it?" I asked, furrowing my brows.

"Do you own a brush, Agust D-Hyung?"

"Yah!" I snapped, making him jump slightly. I then pouted. "Sorry."

He raised his brows, almost taken back by the sudden change.

"I know you're just trying to help, and I really wanna impress him—what if he rejects me?"

"Are you kidding?" Hoseok asked, pulling me along into the bathroom as he started to dig through my drawers—pulling out products.

He began to style my hair as he spoke.

"That boy is so head over heels for you, it's ridiculous." He said with a chuckle. "That's why I was surprised when Namjoon told me you guys weren't actually together."

"Yeah, he was pretty shocked."

"You guys are his OTP."

"What even is that by the way?" I asked, unsure what the abbreviation meant.

"One true pairing, it's categorized with shipping."

"And that is..?"

"Oh my god, really?" Hoseok asked, how beginning to spray some hairspray around me—making me cough. "You know ship? Relationship?"

'Oh.'

"Oh, I see."

'I'm still confused.'

"Gosh Hyung, you're clueless—makes sense you had no idea he liked you in the first place."

I rolled my eyes at him before he cleared his throat.

"You're all done, I think he'll be flattered." Hoseok noted.

I moved to look in the mirror before raising my brows. "Wow."

"Sexy as fuck, right?"

"You do it better than my stylists." I muttered.

"Really? Our stylists do everything I did for you now—guess that's the idol touch." He boasted.

I scoffed. "Well thanks." My tone then softened. "I really appreciate your help."

"Aw, you know," Hoseok paused. "You're actually kinda nice when you're not Mr. Mean Agust D."

I sighed. "You're right, and I think he's dying."

"Huh?" He asked, now confused.

"I did something that ruined someone's career today—I haven't faced the consequences yet." I began. "Tomorrow I might be fired, and I don't know what's going to happen but my luck is starting to run out."

Hoseok hummed. "Well, whatever happens—we're with you, Agust D-Hyung."

I turned to look at him, eyes wide as I nodded. "Thank you, J-Hope-Ssi-"

"Oh gosh," He gushed. "Just Hoseok is fine, no need to be so formal, Hyung."

I nodded, smiling shyly before he pulled me along. "I'll leave you on the roof and go grab him."

Once again, I nodded as he opened the door to the roof. I took a step outside—the air was cool but not exactly cold as the wind blew through my hair slightly.

I slipped my hands into my pockets as I looked along the skyline of buildings in Seoul—feeling a feeling of happiness wash over me.

'Everything is coming together.'

Things were finally making sense, I was happy.

The door to the roof opened.

I turned around, the smile on my face immediately disappearing as I was met with the glaring eyes of Bang Si-Hyuk.

But he wasn't alone.

Behind him stood none other than the last person I expected to see.

Suran.
