A New Discovery

It's been a few weeks, it's late at night, I'm sat at the table, Abbacchio isn't back though, I decided I would stay up late for him to get back though, I heard the keys jingling outside the door then the lock turned, the knob click at it's rotation, then the door opened and in came Abbacchio, I smiled at him, "good evening!", He looked surprised then tilted his head.

"what are you doing awake?", He asked, "it's near past 01:00 I'd assume.".

"I was waiting for you.", I stated excitedly.

After I said that petshop landed on the window seal and i opened the window and he climbed up on my shoulder and i closed the window.

"..for me?", He asked, I nodded, "oh, that's very nice, thank you. I think I'm going to go straight to bed if that's alright with you, do what you will, it matters not to me.", He stated, "thank you.. for waiting though.", He added before he wondered down the hall.

I nodded and gave a glance to pet shop and whispered to him.

“Did you find any possible people to attack” then petshop nodded.

“Good boy..” I said and pet him on the heaf.

Petshop nodded, he looked out the window and flew back out with a squak.

PunkRockGirl opened a portal to infront of the apartment complex.

I walked through and Petshop followed.

Petshop went rather quickly, I managed to follow, this was my first kill in near a month and I was excited.

I climbed to the top of the building and hopped off it onto another building, so on.

I saw a man being chased then that got my attention I felt the need to protect him “PETSHOP FLY DOWN!” I yelled out changing my course to help the man.

"ah, so another joins the fray! She must be from your team, Giunluca!", A man yelled.

"if she is, she better leave now, no hesitation!", Another responded, he sounded younger.

I summoned punkrockgirl as petshop made an ice wall blocking off that group from the pink haired man and I grabbed the man with pink hair’s hand and ran a certain route.

Petshop would fly close by me  incase another entrance needs to be blocked with ice.

PunkRockGirl stood in battle, I had only 30 meters before I was out of space to run, that's when I heard gunshots.

The man pulled his hand back, he stopped running and as quick as a whip, had a gun facing towards me, he was three arms lengths away.

"what's your name?!", He yelled as he got a good look at my face.

I saw a slight silhouette of something behind him, he doesn't know he's a user yet.

My stand got ready to slow time as petshop got ready to make ice shards.

My stand was up against around three to four heavily armed very trained men.

None of which regretting to killing a young girl, A wild dog would not give up a chunk of beef for the sake of a mouse.

"answer me, before I render what purity God sees left in me and fill your liver with lead, ASNWER THE QUESTION!", his yelling assisted nothing.

His voice was deep and sharp, hard to go against it without atleast flinching, but I didn't care, he could shoot me and I'd eat him to heal the wounds.

“Y/N Joestar…” I replied.

“I saw you are in trouble and decided to help…I can hold them off anylong if you dont fucking comply” I added.

"you're shitting me, I bought this gun from the Speedwagon Foundation, which is also run by Joseph Joestar.", He stated, "they make guns, not liers! But I don't have any choice to get anything more from you, I have your name.", He stated before turning and running back to the fight.

I ran back to the fight to protect him, I saw a man pointing a gun at the pink haired man and I ran as fast as I could, I knocked the gun out of the man's hand and grabbed his neck digging my fingers into his flesh, he let out a yell in pain and I drank the blood from him.

The man I was protecting along with the two other men looked in my direction they paused as they saw me drain his blood and drop his husk of a body to the ground.

I swiped the gun from the dead man's hand as he fell and shot the other man before attacking him too.

The one named Giunluca, I was about to run after him when I heard sirens, I saw lights coming down the road where we were, I ran quickly and grabbed the pink haired one's hand before using PunkRockGirl to open a portal infront of the apartment holding Abbacchio's flat.

Petshop flew through the portal too and landed on my shoulder as I put my gloves back on.

I closed the portal, the man looked astonished, still trying to comprehend, "..did you.. well.. eat those men?", He asked, looking at the ground, "... you're a Vampyre..?", He asked, "..ever since that day... Nothing's been the same.. "nothing was ever the same.. it's only now become appearnt ...why did you save me? After I said I'd kill you? "I'm not a good man... I've never done good.. why did you do good?", He asked now looking up at me.

I replied, “yes, and no if you think im associated with the devil it isnt how it works…also im technically a joestar and a brando…because of my father. Also I saved you because I always have the urge to help others that needs it more than others”.

"...the devil is the only one to pity us, if you're not the devil, then I don't see anyone more fit.", He replied, "it's hard to see any good in this hell,  I don't know why you thought it was me.. I owe you all that I can repay, if you ever need anything, my name is Diavolo, just ask a member of Passione and it will be done, you have my trust and thanks, I will keep your secret to myself.".

I nodded, He looked around then reached in his pocket awkwardly and pulled out a pen, he grabbed my hand and wrote down a number on it, the area code for Naples, not Venice, he nodded then turned to leave, "Y/N!", I heard someone yell, I looked into the distance and saw Abbacchio, "is that you?", He asked.

I walked over to him, meeting him halfway, "yeah! What do you need?", I asked.

"nothing, you just went missing and I got worried, who was that guy you were with? He give you his number?", He asked, ".. didn't know you were single.".

"no,", I laughed, "not like that!".

He nodded, "watch out for strange men in the myst in the middle of the night, there's been a murder down the street.", He stated.

It was my fault, "were those those gunshots?", I asked, trying to fake the fact that I so obviously knew what it was, "I hope no one's hurt!".

He let out a deep sigh, "well I'm glad you're alright, are you coming back inside?", He asked, I nodded and walked with him in.
