Moonlight Shadow (Jotaro x Reader)

A Setting Moon

Upon inspecting the fight from afar, I've examained my father atop lampposts that stood just at equal height of the surrounding buildings, he stood before Kakyoin, though he had his back turned as he spied Jotaro from some distant bushes, Kakyoin had his stand, ready to fire, I had to stop him, "W-WAIT!", I didn't get it out in time, the green shards flung out in all directions at my father, I summoned my stand as I felt all slow down, but not stop, my stand behind me, "go quickly.", She commanded, I ran as fast as I could, but in a blink, Kakyoin shot back, he was punted into a water tower.

My father leapt down without noticing me as I hurried to Kakyoin's side.

Tears ran down my face, I hadn't noticed yet, he's fine, I've got him, I'll heal him quickly.

I wasn't fast before, not fast enough, but I'll be quickly now.

Another shot of green flew at a clocktower.

Just before I reached his side, "K-Kakyoin!", I summoned my stand, I held my hands to his chest, where he bled out the water behind him.

"I'-ll be fine, h-here, take m-my earrings, I'll b-be fine..", he muttered, "y-you can ke-keep them..".

"K-Kakyoin, I'm s-sorry, I tried to hurry!", I spoke as my voice broke easily.

"it's n-not you're fault.", He muttered before closing his eyes.

"I'll be fine..".

His pale cold face equaled with rushing water.

“K-KAKYOIN WAKE UP!!!” I yelled out in complete despair.

His breathing ceased, his heart stopped, the blood no longer ran through his veins, so quickly to be plucked from this cruel world.

My thoughts only just caught up, they came through, all jagged, all broken.

I felt a deep rage and I go up and jumped off the water tower where my father was near, “ YOUR BROKE YOU FUCKING PROMISE NOW YOU WILL SEE ME EVERYWHERE” I started opening portals every where slowing time.

I hopped through the portals and each time going past my father quicker than he can watch me my stand would land a punch on his stand.

The punch did nothing, the speed was compared to nothing, it was a moment until I realized that it all stopped, Jotaro hadn't seen me, my father was quicker, grabbing my hand before another punch was landed.

"you're being a fool Y/N.", He spoke coldly, a voice I'd never heard.

He spoke freezing me in place as his hand held my wrist, so unconsciously tight, the coward I was, I couldn't even look him in the eyes.

I felt fear, for I was alone in that second..

I felt a presence behind me.

I felt surly I was a fool, a fool, I would die then if I had the choice, if he kills Jotaro, I'll die not shortly after, of my own demise.. that's when it happened, I felt someone behind me, not my stand, but, someone I knew, some time ago, my father locked eyes with the one behind me, "Jonathan..?", He asked tilting his head slightly,  I felt a warm string coil around my wrist, my father's grip loosened as the string dug into my skin.

My father let go, I felt tired, it all sped up again, time receeded.

I felt Jotaro pull me away, as he had now unfrozen.

He pulled me to the side, where I was no longer awakened, my eyes shut in exhaust.

I was in a dream.

A bright room, I felt floating, yet still tied to my ground.
