Chapter 1

You just turned 18 (International age) and in a few months you will graduate highschool and hoping to go to college at Seoul National University.

Today is the day that you will take the entrance exam for a couple of colleges just in case you won't get in SNU with you being nervous.

The day ended with you being able to finish 3 entrance exams.

Y/n's pov

"Mom! I just finished highschool, don't I get a gift for finishing?" I said jokingly with my mom giving me a side eye while pointing a knife at me.

"Stop screaming out loud! I thought there was a robber. You only graduated cause we paid the school." Mom said, I don't know if she was joking cause she sounded serious.

"Finally my daughter graduated i thought that will never happen." Dad chuckled while I hitted him with my diploma. "Hey, hey. That's enough. You did great kid, we didn't actually paid the school. Don't believe your mom."

"Wow, thanks for believing in me, my so called parents." I said sarcastically while they just laughed and hugged me.
"Jokes aside, congrats. Here." Mom said while handing me a wallet.

"Thanks mom?" I said as I opened the wallet confused but then saw a large amount of money inside. I accidentally let out a cursed with my mom hitting my head.

"Shit, sorry." I said to piss her off more while my dad high fived me.
"Congrats, bro." He said while we took off to go to the restaurant that we were going to celebrate with dad paying for it.

Two months later

Y/n's pov

You're waiting for the letter sent by SNU so that you would know if you got in or not.

knock knock

"Mail delivery to Y/n L/n"

You went outside and looked at the letter seeing it's from SNU, you opened it up and it said,

"Dear Ms. L/n,

We are pleased to congratulate you into getting in our school. Here are the requirements you need to enroll:

Please prepare them on the day of classes

Sincerely, Principal Hwang."

You screamed and jumped in happiness since you got into the university.

"What happened?!" Mom said rushing to me as she heard me shrieked. I showed her the letter which made her jaw dropped.

"Are you sure this is for you?" She said teasingly while calling my dad from the kitchen.

"My surname is there, mother." I groaned.

"What the fuck-" I said as my dad came in wearing a chicken costume with my mother hitting me again.

"Congrats, dude! Here's to celebrate with a Chicken. We actually got an email about that yesterday so we thought to surprised you with this, haha." Dad said while dancing.

"What the heck is wrong with this family?" I thought internally.

Y/n's pov

You're just handling some requirements for college and as well as a dorm since SNU is pretty far from your house, your parents are also helping you get a dorm.
