Chapter 1: PS4 and FFXV + Disclaimer

In a soft two-person bed, lay a 16-year-old girl named Y/N. She was (choice) feet tall and weighed (choice). She had S/C color skin with beautiful H/C with E/C eyes. It didn't matter how you looked, no one was perfect. 

But anyways...

The girl yawned as she opened her eyes and stretched her arms above her head. Even though she wasn't a morning person, she liked to sleep in if she didn't have school. Pretty normal and understanding, right? Like the life of Noctis since he loved to sleep? Y/N sat up and glanced at the curtains that stopped the sunlight from shining into the room. It disturbed cranky sleepers like Noctis as well. But why was he tired all the time? Possibly because of a lack of vitamins from vegetables or maybe even a lack of sunlight. Did you know that the sun could also give you vitamins?

After Y/N felt like she was not a little bit dizzy anymore, she got out of her bed and opened her curtains, the sun was greeting her now. Y/N felt like she was being kissed by the sun. She blinked a few times and she's now adjusted to the sunlight. She smiled a little. But she completely forgot that it was her 16th birthday. Remember the first line above? She woke up... but as a 16-year-old since it was her birthday. 

That's when her stomach growled. Y/N felt her face getting a bit red from embarrassment but thank god that no one was close by. But then before she went to the kitchen, she felt sad. Why? Her parents. Normally, each parent should be caring, loving, and respectful towards their own children but sadly, not all parents were like that. Y/N's parents were hard workers and they ignored their daughter completely as if she didn't exist. They didn't luckily abuse her as you read in many reports or stories, but since it was Y/N's birthday, they simply brought Y/N a big gift and simply left for work. 

Y/N perked up as she finally remembered that she was 16 years old today. She should be happy. At 16, you're allowed to drive a car if you live in America, especially in the US. Y/N never got something she always wished for and that was feeling loved by her parents and spending time together as a family. She was very sad when she saw many parents together with their own children like having fun in an amusement park. That broke her heart...

The girl finally went downstairs, refusing to get dressed in her clothes since she decided to stay home and relax on her bed, reading a book or watching movies/series on Netflix that her parents were paying monthly for. Once she reached downstairs, it was quiet as a mouse in her home. There were no sounds of footsteps, no noises like water running or other sounds that you're familiar with when you're wakening up in the morning and going downstairs to eat breakfast. 

Y/N sighed, feeling a little bit sad as she realized that her parents weren't home. She then rolled her eyes and entered the kitchen. Just as she entered, she stopped right in her tracks as she was surprised to see a large present with a small one on the big one. Y/N herself was a gamer ever since a young age and she enjoyed it as her hobby in her free time. Y/N felt like she knew what it was... 

She quickly walked towards the present, her heart beating with excitement. The present was big for sure and when Y/N lifted it, it was heavy so she set it down immediately and carefully on the table. She got the small present off and set it down next to the big one. Both of the presents were wrapped around in dark blue paper, nothing else. Heck, there wasn't even a card or anything! Now, that was honestly very sad... To not receive at least a birthday card or something. 

The girl finally unwrapped the present and she was surprised to see an actual box of PlayStation 4 or PS4 for short! Y/N's eyes sparkled and lit up with excitement. She wanted to play already! But wait, the box didn't have a pic of a game that was inside of it, either a box or a code! Y/N quickly took the small one and ripped it open as well. She gasped once she saw it was Final Fantasy XV or FFXV for short! XV was a Roman number for 15. It was kinda difficult for some people to learn the Roman numbers. You see them a lot like on churches or when you search monarchs from history like The Tudors for example. But you could also learn them from FF games.

Y/N saw the gameplay of FFXV on YouTube and she had a feeling that she wanted to get that game. She was especially fond of the handsome prince himself, Noctis Lucis Caelum. She was dorky but also funny. In fact, the whole Chocobobros were funny! Noctis was someone who loved to sleep.

Y/N squealed as she carefully lifted the PS4 up while holding the game box in her other hand as she went immediately upstairs to her room. She set the boxes down on her carpet floor as she quickly started to install her newest console. She taught herself from a young age how to install a console so she had no trouble at all. She also remembered how many players would lie their ages above 18 in order to get PS Plus since you need stupid permission if you are under 18. Not fun at all. Y/N was a curious girl when it came to boxes of games. Who knows if there's something inside! Y/N opened the box and she saw there were a few stuff inside, which made her smile.

Once everything was installed, including the game, she finally began playing and she had her time. Since there was spring break, there was no school and no homework. She played the game for hours.
