Eleanor

She got up every morning with dread. She dreaded of how everyone at school would treat her. How no one wanted to get near her because she has crazy ornaments pinned to her large baggy shirts that looks like someone's grandpa would wear. But this wasn't Omaha. The same kids and the same teachers wouldn't bother her from here, when she realized this she would breathe a sigh of relief again. She was grateful for the same old routine In reality people at her new school found her clothing style very grunge and cool. She had no clue what the first word meant but if they put it together with cool then she could care less.

Her first friend here was a boy by the name of Asbel, at first he would constantly make fun of how red her hair was and how much she liked reading comics on the bus. She ignored him but after a few weeks he grew fond of her peculiar habits. "Ele why did you move here? Don't you miss it back home or something?" Asbel asked while they were on a lunch break. He had his chair prompted right next her. "Ele? What kind of nickname is that?" She asked him while she was reading her comic books. Asbel shrugged and replied "I don't know, it feels nice on my tongue." He smiled, leaning closer to her while he played with a strand of her hair."Disgusting when you say that. But nice try." Eleanor didn't even bother to take one look at him.

He grinned even bigger, now he was looking at Eleanor intently. "What do you want? you sadistic freak?" She asked. She looked up from the notes she was copying down. Asbel wasn't that bad of a looking guy. He was half japanese and half german, Eleanor thought about how much he reminded of her of Pa-. She shook her head trying to clear all thoughts of him away. "What are you doing?" He laughed. She stood up and stretched "I don't know, just an annoying puppy came to mind and I was going to regret my decision of coming here." She sighed. "Maybe you should've brought your dog here if you're so worried about it." He said with his arms folded and laying on the desk Eleanor got up from. "That's funny but, he's a really bad kind of dog. I'll have someone else deal with it.""Really? Never expected someone like you do be irresponsible." He smiled at her. Eleanor shook her head and sat back down on her desk. She moved Asbel's arms off the desk, Causing him to topple over onto the ground. "Ow, that kind of hurt." He winced. She ignored him and kept copying her notes down.
