He never once questioned his relationship with Steve. It was either a no go or they had shit loads of fun together. This time he knew Steve wasn't playing any games at all since now Park had received a very dark bruised right eye.

It was only second period and everyone was talking about how now he slept with Tina and all the messy bits. Only things he would bother even doing is just trying to sleep before the teacher sent him to the nurse for the shiner he had, When in reality it was because they only felt pity for him. He slept through the last 20 minutes of his second period before Tina came and sat on his bedside. Making a indent onto the bed and causing it to squeak.

"Hey Park, I'm sorry that the big ogre of an idiot did that you" She whispered to him while rubbing his arm. He laid perfectly still on his side so no one could see his face and he was relieved for that.

Sucking in a breath, he turned around to see her face. "Whoa, he really did do a good one on you." She laughed nervously. Looking at Tina, he couldn't help but feel pity for what she has to go through with the douchebag.

"You're lucky I didn't die today or get knocked into a coma, because I would've made sure my mom screwed up your hair big time every time you went there." Park whispered harshly

There was only an awkward silence before Park could say another word Tina had interrupted him by asking "How would you get your mom to mess up my hair if you're in a coma or dead?"

She was fidgeting with her hands. Tina did that when she was getting uneasy, Park didn't care about how uncomfortable she felt or the stupid remark she had made. He only cared about getting to leave early, He also remembered that he was going to call in to work. He sat up and sucked in a deep breath that made him wince noticeably. "Really Park, are you okay?"

She made a motion to touch him but he pushed her hand away. "Stop and leave."

"Pa--" He interrupted her again "Now!" He yelled. Just like that she got up and left without looking back. Oh how he missed Eleanor, the same bright Eleanor who'd lift his world up so high even Pluto wouldn't be lonely, but only to send it crashing.

Longing for her hurt, a lot.

"Why? Why did it have to be us?" He whispered to the empty nurse room. "Why did it have to be fucking us!" Now yelling as if it'd reply back to him. "She was the one and I thought I was the one for her." Now in a harsh whisper, Park could feel the hotness in his eyes while he tried to hold back the drops there were going to come. "No, no, no. I can't do this. Please Eleanor don't let me do this" His hands were shaking. Those same shaken up hands were digging something out of his pocket. "If I can't kill the memories, then I got to kill the switch."

He uncapped the bottle and threw his head back, his throat burned but at least it was something else other than a swollen heart. Once again he laid to rest and hoped after he woke up, Nothing would hurt and neither will Eleanor cross his mind again.
