Chapter 6: Visitor/The Note

Y/n's POV:
The sun was shining through the curtains and on Voltaere's bed. I was too comfortable that I didn't want to get out of bed, instead of getting out of bed right away I opened my eyes and to my surprise I was cuddled into Voltaere's chest. "That's why I was very warm through out the night, he's still sleeping too." I thought to myself, the sunlight had settled on Voltaere's pretty sleeping figure and I couldn't help but stare at him in awe as he was sleeping. "He's a pretty sleeper" I thought to myself, I was thinking to myself until I heard a groan from him, which meant he was waking up. I quickly closed my eyes as to make it seem like I was still sleeping, then that's when I felt him pulling me closer and playing with my h/l, h/c hair making me open my eyes to look at him in the face. "Morning" he said in a low raspy morning voice "good morning" I said with a smile "how did you sleep?" He asked me "I slept good, how did you sleep?" I asked "I had a fantastic sleep, probably the best one I've gotten in years" he said with a little smile and his eyes still closed "that's good to hear" I said. He slowly opened his eyes revealing his beautiful chocolate brown eyes "you know you have that stare when you look at my eyes?" He asked me "what stare?" I asked him "the stare of admiration" he said "well your eyes are pretty, how can I not stare" I said. A smile grows on his face, he grabs my hand to place a kiss on it. I let out a smile with a blush, then I grab his hand and place a kiss on it in return. A light pink blush glazed his cheeks, "are you hungry?" He asked me "yeah" I said "want a piggyback ride to the dining room?" He asked me "yes please" I said. He gets up out of bed and turns his back towards me, I stand on the bed and get on his back. He then walked out of the bedroom, down the hallway, and then went through two oak doors that lead to the dining room. The dining room was a huge velvet red room with a long dining table that had a red table cloth on it, and had around 46 oak chairs at the table. He placed me down on the chair next to his, then he sat down on his "Good morning Mr.Phantom, good morning Y/n" ally said "hello ally" We both said "how was your guy's slumber?" She asked "it was fantastic" Voltaere said "I slept very comfortable" I said "that's great to hear, especially from Mr.Phantom" ally said while she sat two cups down and poured coffee in it. "I'll be back with breakfast" ally said "okay, thank you" I said "your welcome Y/n" she said with a smile and left. Voltaere and I kept a conversation going about our next date plans for about 25 minutes before ally and a maid came back with a couple plates, ally had placed down my plates as the maid placed down Voltaere's plates, "I hope you enjoy the meal I made especially for you Mr. Phantom" she said with a wink "thank you, Gretchen" he said clearly uninterested in her, she then looked at me with an expression mixed with jealousy and anger and then left the dining room. I couldn't help but wonder why she gave me that look "don't mind her she's probably just jealous because I'm more interested in you more than I am in her" he said "oh" I said, he gave me a smile then the doorbell rang "I'll get it" ally said making her way out the dining room doors and to the front door. "Mr. Phantom, Mr. The Lover is here!" Ally yells at the dining room. "I'll be back darling" Voltaere said before standing up and exiting the dining room, ally then enters the dining room and sits next to me asking me a lot of questions about last night. 5 minutes later, he opens the dining room door and reveals a man with dark hair a little taller than him "hello, you must be
Y/n I heard so much about you, my name is Brandon" he said with a deep voice and held out a hand for me to shake.

Voltaere's POV:
"Mr. Phantom, Mr. The lover is here!" Ally yelled at the dining room "I'll be back darling" I said to y/n before exiting the dining room. "Thank you ally, you may return to the dining room to keep y/n company" I said, she then smiles and opens the dining room doors quickly closing them behind her. "Who's Y/n?" Brandon asked "Y/n is a fairy who I had a date with last night and also who I fell in love with" I said, Brandon had a shocked face on him "Voltaere Phantom fell in love?" He said "yes" I said with a sigh "I didn't see this coming" he said "no one did Brandon" I said "okay, now where is she?" Brandon asked "in the dining room talking with Ally" I said, I made my way towards the doors and opened them, when I opened them Ally and Y/n looked at us. Brandon made his way towards Y/n "hello, you must be Y/n I heard so much about you, my name is Brandon" he said holding out a hand for her to shake, she smiles and shakes his hand "yes, I'm Y/n it's nice to meet you Brandon" she said "it's a pleasure to meet you Y/n" Brandon said. We all sat down at the dining room table. We talked, joked around, and laughed. it might've been the first time I actually saw Brandon laugh so hard, "so how did you two meet?" Brandon asked me "well, i was actually riding on horses with the guards and we stopped to rest. Until we heard a twig snap and heard a voice come from behind a tree, I promised not to hurt it and the voice came out, she revealed herself and I was stunned by her beauty" I said. Y/n blushed and looked down smiling "that was a beautiful love story" Brandon said while looking at me "what made you come here?" I asked Brandon "oh yeah, I came here because we have something to discuss about the village" Brandon said I looked at y/n "I'll see you later today darling" I told y/n "okay" y/n said. Me and Brandon got up and out the dining room, down the hallway, to my study. Brandon got out some paper from my desk drawer and started to discuss about the village, "the village wants a bakery" Brandon said "is there not enough space to build one?" I asked him "no there is no space in the village for one" he said "than make a pathway not that far from the village and build one there" I said. We both started to plan out the blueprints for the bakery, until there was a knock at the door. "Come in" I said "Mr. Phantom?" Ally asked "Yes?" I said "y-y/n is..." She said stuttering "what's wrong with y/n?" I asked her "she's missing" she said. My face had shock and fear mixed in it "what do you mean she's missing? What happened?" I asked her "I went to go get some tea for her in the kitchen and I came back and she was missing and what was left was a note" she said. She gave me the note, the note said: If you want to see y/n have Voltaere sent to the black-woods forest with Brandon at midnight -Sincerely .W.P." "But isn't that the forest that's forbidden?" Brandon asked me "yes it is" I said "and you don't think .W.P. is..." he said "I'm pretty sure it's him" I said "we both got to go Into the forest to save Y/n, we both don't know what he will do to her" he said "we got to get ready tonight and prepare for what he might pull off. Brandon get the emeralds, Ally get the guards to keep an eye on the village while we're gone and if his army attacks our village, unleash it." I said "yes sir" she said quickly leaving the room, Brandon left the room and out into the village with Ally. "I hope this goes well..I can't lose her too..." I said while sitting in my chair with my eyes watering at the thought of losing her.

AUTHORS NOTE: This story has 1481 words. I thought I would finally add some drama into it, so it wouldn't just be a bit of a boring fluff. But this will also probably have a twist to it.
